   Just what London desperately needs . . . . phenomenally inspired food to savour, attentive and engaging service, in a warm neighbourhood setting. Co-owners James Chiavarini and Jake Leach. have cracked it and got the balance spot on. James is passionate and genuinely friendly, with an admirable attention to detail. Jake is a chef of some pedigree and is now approaching his Everest with an incredible variety of flavours and textures that dance on the tastebuds and ensure the palette is eager for more. Dreaming of my next visit . . . .

   The food and wine are exquisite and the service is personable and highly relational. They make friends. I’ve heard it said that someone goes to a restaurant because they are hungry, they return to that restaurant because of the experience. La Palombe will have many people returning time and time again. They are really good at this “restaurant” thing!

   Wonderful food and wine! Lovely staff My only criticism would be we were very squashed in.

   A new restaurant in the area I believe, and it's an absolute gem! The food was utterly divine. Michelin starred cooking at neighborhood bistro prices. Service was very warm, happy and friendly. The place has a great atmosphere and it all makes to be a really lovely and life affirming evening. So much better than the endless boring chains that dominate the city. La Palombe is a real one off, clearly a work of much passion from all the team. Very reasonable prices for the quality too. Go, go go, go won't regret it!!!

   We were a party of six and really enjoyed our dinner. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very much on our favourite local restaurants.. Plus it was good value for money. - getting unusual in our area!

   Usually, I do not leave reviews, but my dining experience at La Palombe was superb from start to finish. The service was friendly and impeccable; the owner even came out to greet us and welcome us to the restaurant. The food was simply amazing. My husband had the grilled octopus and crisp pork belly, and I had the crispy sweetbreads and venison. Everything was wonderfully prepared. It was one of the best meals that we have ever had. Whenever we are back in London, we will be certain to return.

   Impeccable service, lovely interior and absolutely amazing food. The manager, Sergio, went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with everything from the moment we entered the restaurant til the moment we left regardless of the restaurant being busy. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant, it was an absolute joy to dine there. We tried many things on the menu and all the dishes were incredibly tasty and presented in a very creative and beautiful way. I especially liked the Octopus and the Venison. Can’t wait to go back again and highly recommend it to everyone who loves French cuisine. It’s an absolute gem of a place.

    Terrific experience, would definitely go back. Service was super friendly and attentive, food was excellent, prices were very reasonable, and ambience was cozy. Most London restaurants charge much more for that quality of cuisine - warmly recommended.
