The kitchen has been consistently slow getting out the food. We waited close to one hour and other customers were similarly inconvenienced. Quality of food is usually excellent early in the week but fades by comparison toward the week’s end. Improvement needed and we expect you can perform better!

It usually has been very easy to check in and get seated in La Palma dining room. That seems to have changed and long waits just to check in seem to be the new norm.

Service was excellent. We had a 5:30 reservation and were finished by 6:30. Much more efficient than we had in Monterey on Monday evening. That service was very slow.

We felt sorry for the staff last evening. It seemed as though there were a lot of residents complaining about their meals (more than usual). We enjoyed our dinner.
