The food was delicious and servers were delightful.
It’s obvious that safety is of great concern. The inside of this restaurant is very tasteful. Ambiance is lively but not loud. Our waiter was wonderful and created a dish that was not on the menu.
We don’t usually order desert however the waiter suggested the Italian cheesecake and it did not disappoint.
I don’t know where to begin, beginning to end the experience was unacceptable and I frequent your Ny Resturants.
Always a pleasant dining experience.
Great food great service great atmosphere we love dining with you
Friendly and professional service, in a beautiful setting with amazing food. Fresh, homemade pastas that are wonderful with sauces that are perfect. The fish is always fresh and delicious. The veal is tender and tasty.
And the lunch special is criminally cheap. My favorite Italian restaurant in the area.
Amazing restaurant! Food , service atmosphere is a ten although a tad pricey
We were a party of four and all decided to have the seafood special which was Branzino! Best decision ever! Our waiter told us the kitchen could filet it for us which we agreed to. It was simply the most delicious moist and flavorful fish!
Kudos to La Masseria’s talented chef!
The food was fabulous the the service was very attentive. We had homemade Fettacini Bolgnase for lunch and loved every bite. The homemade dressing on the Ceaser Salad was different and phenomenal.
The food was delicious but the service was a little slow.
Great food!!! Great service!!
We were very specific to ask server to tell chef NO SALT. All our food came over salted. Too tired and late to send it back but really upsetting. We asked for a reason (medical)!
Also, wait staff should receive 5 stars for sweet and kind. But not as attentive as they could have been. Couldn’t get attention. Yes, it was busy but still...
Dinner, as always, was delicious. It was our friends first time there. They absolutely loved it, our server, Ricardo, was perfect.
Lunch special was wonderful and good value
One complaint I had was a server did not wear mask. And I am sorry I did not bring it to management attention
We love Masseria! Everything is delicious. Service is amazing! Wish I could go every night!
Love this place - food great and consistent,
Was just lovely! The lasagna is delicious!
I frequent their restaurant on NYC. The food was just as fabulous. Great NY style Italian. Wonderful outside space if that is preferred. Great wine list and overall can’t wait to return. On and you MUST have desert.! Cheese cake, lemon cake and chocolate flourless yum yum yum. And I never order desert. Just wonderful.
My food was cold
Great authentic Italian cuisine in an elegant setting. The spacious outside seating area resembles and Italian garden and the waiters are very friendly and attentive. The menu is well rounded and offers something for every taste - from a simple pasta to a sophisticated branzino.
I’m a regular. Friday night I brought a table of 6 and spent $1,500 with 5 bottles of wine. We were seated indoors (no problem). Our waiter was absolutely awful. Although he came down from the NYC restaurant and is Italian himself, he was the worst waiter I’ve ever had. I had to look for the manager 4 times from the time we arrived. His knowledge of the menu was poor, and he disappeared for long periods. He ruined our meal. If I didn’t like the place otherwise, I would never go back. To the Mgmt- if you don’t address this you’ll lose a lot of business.
As usual the food, the service was extraordinary...Thank you again for another great night in paradise.
Food and service were excellent. We were able to dine outside and felt very comfortable with the distance from other tables.
Been here several times and everything was as expected outstanding.
They should not allow people smoking in the outdoor dining. We made reservations. They sat us 40 min after our reservation. Hostess rude. Food was awful.
The three-course lunch special is spectacular. I have been going there week after week after week and bringing different friends each time. I really enjoy it! The food is wonderful, the service is excellent, there is plenty of room to eat outside, and it’s a wonderful value
Ordered “crispy” fried zucchini, when it arrived some was down right soggy, when I pointed it out to our server he said that they couldn’t make it crispy without burning it
Difficult to understand considering Cafe Sapori has no problem!
As always, great place to spend time with friends and family. The food is great, service outstanding, the manager Reid is a credit to this restaurant and along with the either staff atLa Masseria you can’t go wrong.
Fabulous service— fabulous food —fabulous atmosphere
The seating was too close to other parties. Otherwise, the food was good, not amazing. The service was good.
We had been anticipating a trip to La Masseria for a while and finally made it in on Saturday evening. We ate early because we had plans after dinner and arrived at 6:30. We were greeted energetically at the door and were immediately ushered through the all but empty dining room to a four top in the corner snuggled up against the wait station.
If we'd needed extra silver, we'd have been set, but we asked to move outside. We got a bubbly young Italian waiter going to college in the U-S. My martini came on the rocks instead of "up", but after that - the food was delicious. Tasty salad, just the right amount of dressing. My wife and I ordered from the Black Truffle menu and her pasta and my veal scallopini were fantastic. My daughter liked her broccoli rabe with sausage and orrechiette as well.
This is where things got dicey. As the place got busy, we were forgotten by everyone but the bussers who kept our water glasses full and took away our empty plates. We asked for a dessert menu but apparently got the desert menu because we may as well have been lost in the Sahara for all the contact we had after that. We were fully prepared to order dessert and espresso but when our waiter finally returned, we were pretty miffed and he was so distracted he barely made eye contact. I gave him my card when I asked for the check so we wouldn't have to wait another 20 minutes for him to bring it back and then wait some more for him to run it.
I know staffing has been challenging during these times, and I know we're lucky restaurants are even open. But at that price point, I expect more.
We'll probably go back, but no time soon.
Food is always fabulous and the dividers between tables inside the dining room was great.
Great overall experience. Food, well socially distanced dining.
Food was amazing. The staff was even better. Our servers Giuseppe and Simone where hysterical and really attentive! I’m a patron of the NY restaurant. PBG was just as good!
Food was amazing
This restaurant is now offering a spectacular 3 course luncheon. We ate outside. (Is greatly expanded and lovely). Delightful, very tasty and great service!
long wait to order food - we were seated with menus for almost 30 minutes
