   Although the food was very good, the service was so bad that it distracted from the culinary experience of this restaurant. Drinks arrived 45 minutes after they were ordered and this is after repeated inquiries. Waitress was missing in action and we had to flag down others to get service. Waitress handed us our menus and said she would return and explain food options. When she returned she asked if we had decided yet? We literally had to ask her about most of the dishes on the menu. Our table was cleared off of all plates and silverware prior to receiving our main dish,which we were sharing. Our main dish arrived without replacement dinnerware. The waitress finally shows up about five minutes later to her astonishment that we didn’t have utensils. We finally got to eat our meal.

   We had a great dinner experience. Everything we had from cocktails, to dinner, to dessert were absolutely fantastic

   We enjoyed our experience. The menu is complicated and our server was an excellent guide. They were unexpectedly busy and they kept us informed about our dishes.

   It's hard not to have a great time at La Mar, the culinary artistry is fantastic and the service is great. Be aware however that with the fun lively atmosphere also comes some noise level and it can be hard to hear people at your table over the noise of the restaurant. The bill also adds up, but it's worth it!

   Over 20 minute wait when other parties coming after us got their table faster. The front desk hostess totally ignored us. Great food, helpful waitress but the staff who brought the food did not know who ordered what and spoke only Spanish. Used to love the place but not sure I will come back.

   Way too noisy. I couldn’t talk with my wife or hear the waitress.

   Ambiente excesivamente ruidoso. Esto hace muy poco amena la cena. La comida no es como en otros La Mar

    Outdoor patio is fantastic in a sunny day. Service was excellent. Prices a bit high but generous portions.
