   Our waiter, Zeno, was great! We were here for a celebratory brunch and will be back for dinner. Came for the food, stayed for Zeno!

   This is my third visit to La Grande Boucherie, and it was as good as the first time. The server, Dante, was simply outstanding as was the entire staff. Great venue, people were there for proms, graduation, and just a wonderful time. Highest compliments to their excellent staff of chefs, and a big thank you, to the hospitality staff listening to our concerns from a prior visit. Certainly I will and do, recommend trying and enjoying, this restaurant.

   Feeling like I genuinely burned money eating here. Overall one of the most overpriced for the food establishments I’ve attended living here for almost 4 years. The heirloom tomato salad was soft/mushy & underseasoned. The steak poivre was extremely fatty, and served in a very unappetizing way. String beans were like I just steamed a pack in the microwave and threw some packaged onion crisps on top. Sorbet tasted like something scooped out of a supermarket tub. Really really disappointing experience on top of the absolute chaos / ambiance. Management clearly not capable of managing wait staff / kitchen properly based on the way our table’s appearance and tempo of food came out. Overall - sloppy, mediocre food with a premium price tag.

   We were seated next to a swinging door that kept hitting our table as staff went in and out. The tuna on my salad did not taste fresh.

   Simply lovely! What a gorgeous spot. The meal was excellent and the ambiance could not be topped. It was a work lunch and the place was fairly empty - only complaint is the service went slightly downhill as we ate and we had to wait quite awhile for coffee/ dessert and then our bill. But overall highly recommend

   The service and food was excellent, they went out of their way to make sure my allergies were taken care of, even charge dish a bit. The venue makes it perfect.

   We had a really nice dinner last night! The highlight of the meal was a delicious watermelon gazpacho, recommended by our server. Steaks were cooked to perfection, side dishes were hot and tasty, and my cold glass of Sancerre hit the spot. I did feel bad for our server, who was sat with too many tables for one person to manage. He did an awesome job, though, and we never felt ignored. While the food was good, I was hoping for more of a “wow, this is the best food ever” experience considering the price of our meal. For that reason, we’d probably only return for a quick drink and not a full dinner.

   Outstanding experience for a birthday brunch. Food and drinks were amazing, specifically the croque madame and le bleu drink (non alcoholic cocktail, but I decided to add some booze to that). Big thanks to our server Orlando!!! Service was perfect!!

    Solid choice but overpriced for the quality of the food. The croissant was malformed and the eggs were fine, but not amazing. I'd expect a bit more from a restaurant at this price point. There are other options on 14th Street (le Diplomate, for example) that are better.
