   We were very happy with everything. We had a 5th person join us unexpectedly and the server made sure she was accommodated in every wan and in a timely manner. The only issue was the two gentlemen at our table ordered a Lobster and Pasta dish. They believed it was to be served in a cream sauce (something they had before) but it came in a thick red sauce instead. Had they known that they would have ordered something else. Oh, the Appetizer Antipasto was fantastic!!!

   My family took my sister for a birthday meal and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The owner was there to greet us and spent time speaking to our dad as if they were friends. I have been to La Foresta only a few times as I live out of state, but when I come to visit family my wife and I always suggest patronizing this restaurant. And, if you a looking for a good bourbon look no further than La Foresta. They have a selection that will WOW you.

   My wife and I decided to go out to dinner this past Sunday afternoon, so I made reservations at La Foresta. It was well worth the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinners and highly recommend it as a place to go for a romantic dinner.

   The space is pretty. The staff is great. Very polite. They know their menu and specials. But the kitchen uses chicken broth in every single dish. Every sauce. Even red sauce. Most Italian restaurants, that are not chains, but have their own chef created recipes. Why? This is a short cut. And the reason I care and know is because I have a very unusual food allergy. Poultry. So the only thing on the entire menu I could eat was steak. And salad. At an Italian restaurant. And none of the sauces they put in their beef dishes were an option. Who uses chicken broth in every single thing in the restaurant? I found that a sad commentary on their chefs abilities. The steak was fine. Cooked as ordered. The salad was good. Fresh and as ordered. But please make an effort to make recipes that are more authentic. Using proper bases.

   We had a really good time. We were sat right on time for a 6:30 reservation. The greeter was very pleasant. The waitress was very friendly. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent, as was the wine. We were not rushed at all, even though the restaurant was crowded. We will definitely go back , and tell our friends about this gem. Thank you for a nice evening.

   This was our first time dining here. We had an awesome meal and awesome time. Kathy waited on us. She made us feel right at home and treaded us like family. She was very knowledgeable of the drink and diner menus. Kathy was very attentive but not hovering. Thanks Kathy for a great evening!

    Pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent and there were ample choices on the menu. Noise level was low unless you dine in the lounge which had a nice lively feel and a pianist. We ate in the dining room which was nicely decorated. I had the Cod and my wife had the Veal. Both were absolutely delicious. The wine and cocktail selections were also awesome as well as the very attentive waitstaff. We highly recommend this restaurant and plan to be back soon.
