My husband and I sat in the bar both nights. There were 2 bartenders that also serviced the high top tables in the bar. They were both excellent and very attentive to us. I wish I could remember their names. We had the Cobb salad and Chicken Fried Chicken with creamy mashed potatoes the first night. It was all outstanding! The second night we had the homemade pizza. It too was excellent. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast both mornings and Megan was our waitress. She was so happy and personable and extremely attentive. We ordered the homemade biscuits and gravy and Huevos Rancheros the first morning and it was all very good, just not very hot. The second morning we had the pancakes and a bacon, sausage and cheese omelette. They were both delicious! We had a great experience and time while staying at Tapito Springs.

Food was served cool. Champagne was served at room temperature and in red wine glasses. Waiter was pleasant and tried to provide good service.

What an incredible Mother’s Day!! The service and food were incredible!!! Normally buffet food is mediocre at best, but this food was amazing!!
