    Extraordinaria atención, experiencia gastronómica única. La Casa de Thierry en Bucerías es un concepto diferente al también tradicional Café de Artistas en Puerto Vallarta. Muy recomendable para disfrutar la degustación de 5 tiempos. Muy recomendable. Pide visitar el huerto de especies ubicada en la terraza superior del restaurante.

    Truly an incredible dining experience! The tasting menu is a must. I fell in love with Chef cuisine at Cafe des Artistes in PV and was eager to try this new a spot he started with his daughter. The result—gastronomic delight. Superb service. Being from the San Francisco Bay Area, we are quite discerning, and this restaurant should be on everyone’s “must do list” in the PV or Nuevo Vallarta area. Be sure to save time for exploring the rooftop herb garden after dinner.

    The food and the place is amazing but they really need do to something about the acoustics and the seats which are nice but not comfortable We went there to relax but we couldn’t because of it Instead of staying there and enjoy, we rathered go back home

    An incredible evening. Each and every team member was exceptionally welcoming. The food was creative, yet approachable, even for our children- they enjoyed every bite along with us. The entire space is beautifully designed, decorated with art everywhere. Gerry provided wonderful service throughout the evening and ended with a tour of the organic rooftop garden. Magical, elegant, warm, delicious. We will return as soon as possible.

    **Una experiencia gastronómica imperdible** Hace unos días tuvimos el placer de cenar en La Casa by Thierry Blouet y fue, sin duda, una experiencia increíble. Desde el primer momento, el ambiente acogedor te envuelve, creando el escenario perfecto para disfrutar de una velada especial. La comida, sencillamente deliciosa. Cada platillo está cuidadosamente preparado, con ingredientes frescos y un sabor que deleita los sentidos. Es evidente la pasión y el cuidado con los que se elabora cada receta. Pero lo que realmente eleva la experiencia es su terraza. No olviden subir, es encantadora y convierte la noche en algo aún más memorable. Un lugar que combina excelente gastronomía, ambiente cálido y una ubicación privilegiada. Definitivamente, volveremos.

    We finally visited La Casa during the Restaurant Week time, and we had an outstanding meal. The restaurant is really beautiful, and we had such a happy surprise to see that Gabriel, whom we know from Tuna Blanca, was our waiter, assisted by the charming Gael. We love that guy and were so happy to see him. Knocked it out of the park with the food and service, and we look forward to our next occasion. We live in La Cruz, just up the highway!
