Discreet private dining rooms, a Chef’s Table, and Starlight Booths are all available with floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of the L.A. skyline to accommodate discerning guests.
La Boucherie’s menu features reimagined classics, all created with the finest and freshest ingredients available, many of which are sourced locally. The dining experience is enhanced by a cheese cave, charcuterie atelier, and an extensive, carefully curated Wine Spectator Award-winning wine list featuring over 1,200 hand-selected international and American wines.
Smart Casual dress code. Jackets are not required; however, no hats, athletic wear, shorts, or flip-flops are allowed. Reservations are held for 15 minutes.

    Disappointing Steakhouse Experience Despite Premium Price Tag I was in town for business and stayed at the Intercontinental, taking advantage of the Amex $100 dining credit. Since I only had one free day to use it, I decided to try out La Boucherie. As someone from Vegas who regularly dines at top-tier steakhouses, I’m used to paying premium prices for premium quality. Unfortunately, this place didn’t deliver. I ordered a prime NY strip, a side of potatoes (which were oddly gluey), and a glass of wine. What I got was a mid-tier steak that lacked seasoning and tenderness, and it didn’t help that I was handed a flimsy serrated knife to cut it with. The bill came out to $185, which included an automatic 18% gratuity even though I was dining alone. I have no issue paying for quality, but the meal simply didn’t justify the price. Overall, not worth it, especially when I could’ve made a better steak at home.

    Enjoyed the view and food. Food overall was moderate steaks, nothing too crazy, but overall loved the service and view of Los Angeles.

    I chose La Boucherie for a special birthday dinner with my family, expecting it to be a step above our usual upscale go-to spots like Morton’s, Fogo de Chão, and Nick & Stef’s. While the space itself is stunning and the views are breathtaking, the service and overall execution fell far short of the price point and expectations. We were a party of four. After placing our order, it took over an hour for our food to arrive. Even then, only two dishes came out first—mine and one of my daughter’s. The other two plates, including my wife’s birthday meal, came about 15 minutes later, with no explanation or apology from the server. By the time the rest of the food arrived, ours had gone cold, and the experience already felt disconnected. Our server was not attentive throughout the evening—checking in infrequently and failing to acknowledge the delay or show any hospitality. At a restaurant of this caliber, especially at this price, I expect at minimum good communication and warm, thoughtful service. Instead, we were met with long silences, no table updates, and a general lack of attentiveness. To make matters worse, a tip was automatically added to the bill—something I would have been fine with had the service reflected the standard this restaurant advertises. But unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and I left the restaurant feeling more disappointed than celebrated. I rarely write reviews and typically avoid complaining at the table to preserve the night’s mood—but three days later, I still regret not addressing it in person. Beautiful location, but unfortunately, the experience just didn’t deliver.
