£25; Our KuPP Sharing Bords are served on long platters & showcase a selection of our favourite ingredients. Great as a sharing starter (1 'bord' for up to 4 people), a lighter lunch or dinner (1 'bord' between 2 people) or to Graze & Share with friends in the bar with wine, or tipple of choice in hand.   Wild mushroom & tarragon tart; oven baked quinoa, kale & butternut bites; chilli lemon & goats curd dip; smashed avocado & dukkah; soft boiled egg; Danish blue; roast beetroot & smoked red onions; pickled vegetables; Leksands Knäcke crispbread & toasted sourdough. Pickling: Thin slices of fennel, pepper, red onion, radish & carrot are stored in jars. Filled with a pickling liquor of cider vinegar, mustard seeds, garlic, thyme & sugar. Delicious with cheese, rabbit & smoked fish

• Fiske - Bord

  Beetroot cured Norwegian gravadlax; oak & apple wood house smoked mackerel & trout; Nordic skagen prawns; roast beetroot; KuPP. potato salad; pickled vegetables; coffee, mustard & dill sauce; freshly baked rye bread & Leksands Knäcke crispbread. Curing: We use the best quality Norwegian farmed salmon cured in sea salt, sugar, cracked black pepper & dill for 24 hrs, then in beetroot juice for 24 hrs. Turned every 8 hours. Simple things. Done just right

  Our special house smoked pork meatballs; potted rabbit; chorizo sausage roll; carpaccio of hot smoked venison; Västerbotten cheese; KuPP. potato salad; pickled vegetables; spidskål (scandi slaw); mustard mayo; Leksands Knäcke crispbread & toasted sourdough. Smoking: Our signature meatballs are hand moulded, cured & then hot smoked over oak & apple wood, giving them a rich & smoky flavour. Served with a secret recipe beer sauce
