Kramer's was a wonderful experience for our large group. We were given a semi-private space and the staff was incredibly kind. Food was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this restaurant and book again.

We work in the neighbourhood and this is the first time that my team has been to Kramers at Cosmo. In fact, we didn't even know there was a restaurant in the hotel. Anyhow we were more than pleasantly surprised. We were given a private room which was unexpected and delighted us. Many of my colleagues commented how beautiful the space was. Then the manager personally greeted us which was a really nice touch. They even asked us if the music/noise level was to our liking. We felt like VIPs. The food arrived in a timely manner and was excellent. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The manager popped in again to check on us. It was a great experience from beginning to end and surpassed our expectations for a Winterlicious restaurant.

Terrible. Only table in for lunch and took an hour to get a few club sandwiches out. In fairness they gave 50% off the bill proactively but doesn’t really matter when it’s a work lunch. Food was very bland
