Kobé is known for offering its guests a unique Teppanyaki dining experience and doing so with its very own blend of fun and flare at its 13 Central Florida locations. We provide a unique dining experience that offers an exciting and vibrant environment for guests to gather and celebrate over delicious food and drinks.

Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at our teppanyaki table, please expect a short wait time with your reservation upon checking in with your complete party. We offer limited online booking availability, with communal seating, for large parties 11-20. For large parties requesting a booking outside of online availability, parties 20+, and parties requesting private tables please contact your preferred Kobé location by completing our online inquiry form at https://kobesteakhouse.com/banquets/to reserve through a manager with a banquet menu. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation to be seated, and 45 minutes to be served our first water. Prices are getting higher, and portion sizes smaller. The chef was great, but the wait staff was horrible. Aud unfortunately there is no way to adjust your tip for lousy service. 18% gratuity is fixed.

Other than having to wait 40 minutes after my original reservation, everything else was good. The service, the food, and ambiance is always worth it. Need to get better about overbooking reservations.

Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at the Teppanyaki table, our reservations are based on Priority Seating, which will offer you the shortest available wait time when you check in and your party is complete. Our goal is to seat priority seating within a 15 minutes window but sometimes many celebrations stay longer than expected and cause a delay for your party. I’ve been to Kobe several times but my visit yesterday was subpar. My service and food. Several people in my party ordered white steamed rice. We ordered it with the server before the cook came out. The cook seemed a lil confused about the request saying it’ll be right out. All 3 people never received there rice until the very end of our meal and they didn’t eat because they didn’t receive the main part of their meal and by the time they did the rest of the food was ice cold. It’s a lil disappointing to spend almost 300$ on a dinner and not be satisfied with the service or food. The server seemed like a rookie and we couldn’t get ahold of him not even for a refill. We continued to have to ask the first person the walked by us for anything that we needed. We had a 730 reservation and did not get seated until 830. Overall the entire visit was a complete mess.

Sad Kobe's isn't what it use to be. The chicken is no longer fresh chicken breast, but some slimy chopped concoction thrown on the grill. The Chef wore a mask and mumbled. No one at our table could hear him and kept asking him what he was saying as they asked questions about their orders that were incorrect. Tables around us were laughing and interacting with their chef's, while our table was silent, except for a few couples speaking with each other. The Chef forgot several customer's orders, including my daughter's vegetables that had to be prepared elsewhere because he did not bring enough for the table to serve everyone (we all got uneven small portions) and he excluded my adult daughter. My extra Mushroom order was completely ignored, and I did not bring it up a third time because I felt it would be useless. My daughter's vegetables came out when she was done eating. By the end of the long boring dinner, we were automatically charged an 18% gratuity for our party of two. I usually leave at least 20% but felt no urge to add to the tip. Also, the "yummy yummy" sauce is now obviously watered down. A very sad experience for what was supposed to be a girl's night out.

Had a 7 pm reservation, got there on time, didn’t get seated until 7:30 (which, fine I get there is a rhythm to it). Sat, they didn’t get out drink order till 7:45, then brought drinks over. Then no one came for drink refills or to start cooking food until after 8:15. Horribly slow service, I was disappointed as it was a big party of 10 for my daughter’s birthday. At the end of the day, don’t make so many reservations if you cannot cook for people in a remotely adequate time frame.

Was very good, I thought it would be different because of the server, not being Japanese, but I was definitely impressed by his knowledge and skills.

Our time was great as usual. Our chef “Papi Chulo” was fun and energetic and with a picky family had all our orders correct!
