   We had reservations at 7:30. The hostess walked us to the table but the party had misled the hostess and had more people than intended. We walked back and waited until 8. When we finally got to our table the waiter took our order but it was not communicated to the chef. The chef didn’t cook for us. When we mentioned it to the waiter he brought additional food later. We asked for the yum yum sauce three separate times and it was never received. Our drinks were never refilled. We had to clear our own table and make space for our own food when it was finally delivered.

   The chief burned our food. The steak was undercooked but the rice and noodles were BURNT! We eat here often and have never experienced having this horrible taste of food especially for the amount of money we paid.

   Dora and Diego were awesome, I have never had an experience like that at Kobé. We had the best time. Extremely entertaining. Will definitely ask for them again.

   Chef Annubis was amazing as always. He provides a fun atmosphere, keeps all of us, including our teenagers, very engaged in the cooking process and that’s exactly what we enjoy. The food and portions remain consistently delicious

   The food was really good. My main complaint is that instead of noodles we want to double rice and only got the single amount even though he said given us the food double rice correct. We go there for two things the fillet and the rice with the Yum Yum sauce. The fillet was really good just really bummed about the small portion of rice when we asked for double and no noodles.

   I’m it’s too expensive to dine here as a family of 5. It cost $180 for 2 kids meals and 3 adult meals. We won’t be able to come as a family anymore

   Disappointed in this visit. Reservations at 12 when first takes are sat. There were 3 parties that made up 10 people that arrived first. Instead of seating us, there sat 2 other parties totaling 10 that arrived after us first. For some reason their server was so attentive that they had their salads and we were still waiting on drinks and had not even given our order. Reservations were at 12 and our orders were not taken until 12:34. By that time, the other table was already enjoying their rice and veggies. We eat at kobe quite often for Sunday lunch and this slowness for 12pm reservations seems to be becoming more frequent. I expect a long lunch because of it being hibachi but it should not be so slow to start.

    Great experience for a birthday! They were fantastic with service and food was excellent!
