   Not our typical experience at Kobe’s. Was not happy this time. I will go back as they’re usually above average with the experience.

   Had a reservation at 6:30. Didn’t get seated until 7:30. Waiting close to another hour for a server, no water no drink. The manager was nice however and did give us a free appetizer. It was so late by the time the chef made our food I was no longer hungry

Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at the Teppanyaki table, our reservations are based on Priority Seating, which will offer you the shortest available wait time when you check in and your party is complete. Our goal is to seat priority seating within a 15 minutes window but sometimes many celebrations stay longer than expected and cause a delay for your party.    We love Kobe not just for special occasions but just good food It seems a little pricey but we always have enough leftovers for a second meal or midnight snack

   We had reservations at 7:30. The hostess walked us to the table but the party had misled the hostess and had more people than intended. We walked back and waited until 8. When we finally got to our table the waiter took our order but it was not communicated to the chef. The chef didn’t cook for us. When we mentioned it to the waiter he brought additional food later. We asked for the yum yum sauce three separate times and it was never received. Our drinks were never refilled. We had to clear our own table and make space for our own food when it was finally delivered.

   The chief burned our food. The steak was undercooked but the rice and noodles were BURNT! We eat here often and have never experienced having this horrible taste of food especially for the amount of money we paid.

   Dora and Diego were awesome, I have never had an experience like that at Kobé. We had the best time. Extremely entertaining. Will definitely ask for them again.

   Chef Annubis was amazing as always. He provides a fun atmosphere, keeps all of us, including our teenagers, very engaged in the cooking process and that’s exactly what we enjoy. The food and portions remain consistently delicious

    The food was really good. My main complaint is that instead of noodles we want to double rice and only got the single amount even though he said given us the food double rice correct. We go there for two things the fillet and the rice with the Yum Yum sauce. The fillet was really good just really bummed about the small portion of rice when we asked for double and no noodles.
