Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

We had a beautiful anniversary celebration at Knife and Spoon. Dinner was fantastic. Many new choices on the menu. The ceviche and the melon salad were standouts! Beef and fish were as well. The service team was perfect, led by the best, Tony, and assisted by Chris. Jessica made excellent wine suggestions. Love K&S!!!

Outstanding food and service. They have an excellent vegan option as well on the menu if you accompany a meat eater. Pretty setting.

Bone in Strip steak was phenomenal. As fine of beef as I have had in my 70 years. Service was exceptional. Atmosphere was like eating in a cafeteria. Hamachi appetizer was uninspired. Tempera onion rings had to much batter. Wedge salad was enjoyable. You’re eating at the Ritz so you expect to pay top dollar but, I expected more.

Fantastic meal with amazing service! Their care of our group was simply amazing. So many details. They celebrated their birthday for our group well. In general, so far above and beyond expectations.
