Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

Knife & Spoon has always been good to me. I first came here when they got their Michelin star, and honestly, the food and service were both top-tier. I highly recommend the aged ribeye — it’s packed with flavor, super tender, and cooked perfectly. You really can’t go wrong ordering it. I’ve been back a few times since, and the food is still just as amazing. The quality and attention to detail in the dishes haven’t changed one bit. If anything, it keeps getting better. Only thing I’d say is the service felt a little off this last time — the staff seemed stressed and kind of under pressure to make everything perfect. They were still professional and tried their best, but it was noticeable. That said, I get it — it’s a high-end place with high expectations, and they’re doing their best to meet them. All in all, still one of my favorite spots in Orlando for a nice dinner. Great atmosphere, amazing food, and when they’re on point, the service really is top-notch. Next time you’re in Orlando and looking for a great place to eat — definitely check out Knife & Spoon. You won’t regret it

Such a disappointment from my visit 2 years ago! Apps were good but fish mains were both dry and overcooked Wait staff felt hurried and a bit overwhelmed

The tuna foie, duck, lamb, and steak were excellent. However the service was frustrating. We were not acknowledged at the bar while waiting for our table and after getting sat could not understand the server at all - between his stuttering, speed of speech, and poor knowledge of menu items, it made the experience less enjoyable. Thankfully, the chefs saved the day. I can understand why they lost their michellin commendation.

My husband and I had a wonderful evening dining at the bar. The bartenders were engaging, the service and food were amazing !

Service was spectacular! Servers gave great descriptions of food items. Food was delivered at just the right times. Not rushed… no long waits… just right.
