Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

We were greeted warmly upon arrival and seated promptly From Start to Finish Knife & Spoon exceeded every expectation. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, the service was impeccable, and the food absolutely unforgettable. Our servers were all knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the menu. They always made us feel important and well cared for without being overbearing. When your celebrating a special occasion or just treating yourself to a great night out Knife & Spoon is worth every penny. I'll definetly be returning. Highly Recommend

We were celebrating our 12 year anniversary and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious , our waiter, K , was extremely on point with all the recommendations, we could not be more happy and satisfied, which is an understatement. Everything was marvelous , an unbelievable experience. I recommend Knife and Spoon 100%. Everyone needs to experience it. Hands down.

Our table enjoyed all of the dishes ordered, including the 14-day-aged duck breast, fish, and filet mignon. Knife & Spoon took special care of our guests with food allergies, including nut and gluten allergies. They addressed both allergies and guided us on shareable items.
