Amazing dinner night in Knife & Spoon. The food was outstanding. Foie Gras Tuna was a big favorite and the Tahini Capers Cauliflower which accommodate our aged ribeye which was perfectly cooked. Ambiance was great and the service was impeccable. Sara was hosting us and made our night special from the moment we walked in till the end. She was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Ask for her on your visit. The whole team was professional and polite. Chef Gerald touched the table and made our night even more amazing. Will definitely be back.

Very enjoyable dining experience! Staff is outstanding-very impressive! Dining room a tad on the noisy side-folks with hearing issues may not be totally comfortable. House made pasta delicious! No steaks this time, but likely next. Looking forward to a return visit.

Our Experience overall was good. The restaurant was beautiful. Fresh and you can tell its brand new. When we first arrived, we decided to sit at the high top bar. It took almost 5-6 minutes before we were greeted. So we were a little worried. It was busy. The Bartender, Alexa, came over and asked if we were being taken care of and immediately started taking drink orders and took over the table. Her service was outstanding and was very detailed with the menu and it is obvious this isnt her first rodeo. We tried a few of the signature cocktails Seared Citrus Orange Old Fashion to the Prince Of Wales(i believe, sorry lol) Cocktail. Amazing. The sashimi crudo appetizer was ok. The grapefruit was a little intense. So if u dont like grapefruit, skip it. We also had The shrimp cocktail and it was definitely the way to go. Fresh Local Shrimp! We were looking forward to the caviar truffle Pave, but they ran out(which apart from the steak, was one of the highlights why we went there, bummer) but Alexa brought this delicious crab rice dish which was probably the best dish we had all night. We ordered the 45 Day Aged Bone in Strip. Ill be honest, not the best steak ive had. Not the worst. I seasoned it with the black lava salt and fleur du sal fairly heavy to give it flavor. Presentation was beautiful but it lacked Taste. The char on the outside was hard. The cut was cooked properly on the inside, so we kept it, but the flavor profile was definitely off. It just wasnt the best. For 130$ I was not impressed. There was no “juice”. It was fairly busy so we didnt want to send it back or order something else so we dealt with it. The Filet mignon the other couple had was Amazing. It was Tender, Flavorful, and we had a little plate envy. The Kimchi Cream Spinach was Delicious. A definite must have. The mushrooms as well were cooked beautifully. For dessert We had the caramel with “gold” topping and bourbon ice cream. Very Good. Overall we had a nice experience.

This restaurant is inside the Ritz Carlton, Grand Lakes and replaced Norman’s. The service level was extraordinary due to the following servers - Miguel, Romlison, Shay, and Chad. Had the 10 oz filet mignon, Knife wedge salad, kimchi creamed spinach and for dessert the Orange Crème Brûlée. For drinks, seared citrus old fashioned, two glasses of wine. Their dessert menu only had dessert wines listed, so I asked for their cordial menu, which they did not have, but Romlison was able to get me a good “Orange” Liqueur substitute to go with my dessert. Everything was delicious, brought out in a timely manner and the service was above and beyond what I have received at other really fine dining establishments Will definitely dine at Knife & Spoon again. As an aside, masks were worn at all times by the staff, and the seating of guests was socially distant.

How wonderful to have such a high quality Steak and Seafood restaurant in Orlando. The sophistication of this restaurant is expressed from the moment one is greeted then throughout the entire dining experience. During our visit celebrity Chef John Tesar, of Top Chef notoriety, was present overseeing the entire restaurant presentation from his open kitchen. Our party of four had every course available. Staring with a selection of craft cocktails which were all good. The MAITRE'D MANHATTAN gets the blue ribbon. Next appetizers of East coast and West coast oysters. VERY FRESH and opened properly to preserve the liquor of the oyster. The mignonette served with the oysters was to die for... Bread service was a nice touch with four different options to select from. The high end butter accompaniment was not overlooked. Hamachi Crudo served simply much like a good sushi bar would do. I would order it again. Salt and pepper were brought to the table which I appreciated, though I noticed no one in our party used it. A nod to how perfectly seasoned the food was without the need of personalization to taste. Everyone ordered a steak. The filet 8oz, The flat Iron, and a bone in New York 45 day aged. All were properly cooked to temp, very flavorful and tender. Our sides were French fries, these are very thick and large covered in caviar and fresh shaved truffles. The vote was the kimchi spinach needed more kimchi in it. It was more in line with an essence of kimchi. The mushrooms were a big hit. Leave room for dessert as Ritz Carlton Chef Frank has an artful selection. We had The Carmel, and The Orange (expect a longer wait for this soufflé) maybe order ahead. And yes there will be a next visit...can’t wait. We look forward to seeing that wonderful serving team of Romilson, Kain, and Koni once again. The service was second to none in Orlando.
