Literally one of the best dining experiences of my life. The food was exceptional the wait staff was friendly courteous knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a five star diner restaurant. I do find it completely unnecessary but the wait staff and employees are wearing masks when it's not required of the patrons. Remove the masks so we can see your smiling faces.
Amazing services was incredible best place in Orlando
One of the BEST meals my husband and I have had for a long time. From the knowledgeable wait staff, impeccable service and spot-on quality food made for a perfect evening. Could not have been more impressed. Just wished you had location in Colorado
If you’re willing to spend $300 on dinner for two, it’s the best dining experience you’ll ever have.
We have dined at knife and spoon a few times since it opened about a year ago. Food and service is always exceptional.
Decor is bright And India hicks-esque and the noise level is high.
The food is fresh tasty and well presented. Love the extra touches of small dishes complementary of the chef.
Appetizers are large enough to share. We enjoyed the lobster and also the tuna and Foie, but was a bit too much food when followed by his steak and my pasta.
I would love to see a few seasonal not on the menu specials come to this restaurant, it would give us locals a heightened reason to return.
All in all this is a not to be missed staple of Orlando’s quality dining.
Fantastic service and food! A whole other level of dining, it was incredible. Can’t wait to go back!
The menu is unique and packed with flavor. If you want a great meal and great service eat at the Knife & Spoon!
My husband and I went to Knofe and Sppon for my birthday dinner. The experience was special from the start. The ambience is peaceful and welcoming. The hostess seated us immediately and introduced us to Brady. He talked with us about the menu and let us know about some off menu items. He was very knowledgeable and was able to make some great recommendations. Miguel brought us a cucumber ceviche tantalizer and chatted with us about some of the different tantalizers the restaurant staff have created. Carlos brought us some delicious breads and explained our international salt options. (He kindly brought more Brioche after my husband was eating all of mine.) our appetizer was the Himachi Crudo (recommended by Brady) which was a fantastic combination of sweet, sour, creamy and salty. We then shared the ribeye, grilled cauliflower and avocado fries. The ribeye had a perfect crust and amazing flavor. The cauliflower was juicy (not sure how that is possible) and fantastic in flavor. The avocado fries were hot, crunchy and creamy (definitely not how I describe my avocado normally). We enjoyed every bite. Between the meal and dessert Nathean brought champagne sorbet as a palate cleanser. He noticed we weren’t eating them and didn’t have a drink with dinner and came and replaced them with an apple sorbet. So attentive and thoughtful! The lychee dessert topped off the evening spectacularly. The combination of flavors and textures was magnificent. I would return just for that amazing dessert. I will definitely be back again.
The menu is very small. Not a lot of options.
Excellent service ! Food was delicious! Would definitely recommend if staying on the grounds .
Amazing experience from the front door to the exit. Everything was on point and executed perfectlu
Our experience was great! Our server Sarah was so nice and professional. She was so knowledgeable and hospitable. We enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful experience

Wonderful dinner, atmosphere. Incredible service! I will return for sure!
Beautiful place. We were waited on hand and foot - I felt like royalty. I really enjoyed the oysters!
A great meal - lot's of choices that need to be made at the very beginning (all courses selected) - but if you want to speak with anyone at your table or internally contemplate the meaning of life, good luck. The restaurant design is open and cavernous with nothing to attenuate sound. Airport runway's at Atlanta are quiet in comparison.
Menu items were fabulous! My favorite was the dessert orange soufflé! Superb dining experience!
The filet was extraordinary!
Unbelievable experience!! Every detail was attended to at our table. The menu is so unique & incredibly prepared.
The food & service was superb. Not an inexpensive option, but wonderful for a special occasion or date night. We’ll be back!
Service a bit pretentious with limited menu but mushroom side and dessert came through strong.
Service was incredible. Food was thoughtful and delicious. Incredible experience.
Excellent service and beautiful setting
Great service! They make you feel very special! From the valet parking everybody in the restaurant
We had a perfect evening at Knife and Spoon to celebrate our 35th anniversary. Food and staff were outstanding!
We were shuffled off into the lounge to wait, possibly forgotten about and seated about 10mins late for our reservation.
Layout and vibe was cool. Reminded me of the gymnasium style places in Germany.
Wine list was good. Server made good recommendations.
Caesar was too lightly dressed and dressing lacked the acidic punch you’re looking for. Fresh greens but Sysco croutons.
Sorted through rest of menu. Flat iron steak was good but overall short of expectations.
Desert was the chocolate mouse caramel thing with a funky sorbet that was refreshing but didn’t quite pull everything together. It was 3 or 4 different flavors searching for a companion or a role with the dish but didn’t connect.
Probably won’t try again without a menu change.
Fantastic place, great food and fantastic service!
Went for birthday dinner, great experience!
We waited for an hour. No good came. Finally sides. When the steak came it was spoiled. Never saw anything we ordered from the raw bar.
They accommodated our every request- we have never had steak prepared so perfectly, and the deserts were exceptional.
It was amazing! Had been there previously and came back to celebrate friends birthday.
This was our first visit to Knife and Spoon. This is a very special restaurant. We had probably 4 dedicated servers and 3 more for special courses. Knife and Spoon is very expensive with a level of service we haven't seen in years.
You receive a bread service with many excellent choices. We started with an excellent berry gazpacho amuse bouche, which was one of the best items as it was tart, sweet and delicious. We were told the chef chooses someone from the line to make the daily special offering and this was a terrific choice.
We all had the live scallop with truffles appetizer which was excellent. The scallop was large and perfectly cooked and beautifully served.
The 3 of us split an excellent 32 ounce steak that arrived pre sliced so it was easy to share. We had many sides and the kimchi creamed spinach and the caviar and gold flecked roasted potatoes were standouts.
The desserts were very interesting and so good. The orange mousse with the passion fruit Gelato was my favorite. I loved that they are not afraid of strong flavors.
The wine list was top quality and very pricey. We'll bring our own wine next time as we collect fine wines and the corkage fee is a modest $25.
This is an excellent restaurant for a special occasion and we were celebrating a birthday as were many others in the room. The restaurant was full and the tables were well spaced and the booths have high backs. All staff wore masks and most patrons did also as they moved to their table. We look forward to returning.
Impeccable service with all courses having incredible standouts. The hamachi, the cheese course, the goat cheese mezzaluna, and desserts were all superior!
We will be back again and again
Excellent service! Delicious food. A great place to celebrate a special occasion.
Me and my wife had an amazing experience. Service was outstanding and food was great. We will send it back for a second time
Food came to us at best warm. $165 steak should not come out lukewarm to cold. Potatoes purée COLD.
Disappointing. I am sure we will give them one more chance since the service was outstanding.. the chef should have NEVER EVER allowed the food to come out like that.
Chose Knife & Spoon for a business dinner. The service and attention to detail was outstanding. The larger steaks were made shareable so it was possible for everyone to sample a variety of cuts. Excellent drinks and liquor selection. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely incredible!!! If you are in Orlando be sure and make a reservation and go... it’s well worth it!!!
Pompano was outstanding as well as presentation. Service sets the standards here very well congruent with high quality fine dining
Had a wonderful evening celebrating my birthday. Dinner was amazing…lobster small plate the best! Special red snapper as well.
Matt and his team were attentive and fun.
Pre dinner cocktails in the bar where David took such great care of us. He is relatively new to the Ritz and embodies the culture perfectly.
Overall a fantastic evening
