   The staff were very friendly and helpful . The food really good and we had a lovely time there.

   We had a lovely brunch the food was very good the staff was excellent making sure everything was just right . They even had a DJ .after brunch we sat outside on the roof top and had a cocktail which finished off a lovely afternoon .the staff was very friendly and restaurant vey clean .would definitely come here again.

   Just had lunch with possibly the most shambolic service imaginable. Lovely people but clueless at hospitality. At our table of four we had multiple rechecks of a simple two course order. That would be acceptable if they got it right, but no, it was all over the place and took 45 mins for mains to arrive. For balance the food was good when it arrived but the extras such as ‘Koffman fries’ were straight out of the freezer (yes, first into hot fat!). The DJ was superfluous and played migraine music on a lovely spring day. Why? We have had cocktails here previously and they were very well executed and presented. Wine by the glass tip top. My boil down, go for the view and the drinks but avoid the kitchen. Poor show and in a super competitive market it will go bust if they don’t up their game. Final point - having politely and privately explained the shortfall- the bill had all the service added. Talk about tone deaf. Avoid.

   A roof top restaurant but there is no view of anything. This was a bit of a disappointment but the service was quite good and the food was excellent. This was a nice find.

   We had an enjoyable meal at Kitty Hawk. The service was attentive and friendly. Sadly two tables of very loud women were seated behind us , they were obviously celebrating something but it made it hard to chat . We also found it hard to compete with the loud music that was playing in the restaurant. When it came to desserts, one option was unavailable nor was there any cheese - so a limited choice which we thought was poor on a Saturday evening. The restaurant did however provide small desserts with a candle for each of the birthday couple.

   Food was awful - all dishes were poor. Staff were okay, ambience was very nice - but week before Xmas and restaurant only half full??

   Service needs to be improved, staff extremely inattentive, appeared to be more concerned with setting tables and rearranging furniture rather than serving customers.

   I made a reservation for 8 people to eat from the price fixed menu. Two people in out group are vegetarian. We ate dinner at 5pm, and after we ordered we were informed they were out of the vegetarian option. The alternative they offered was a Caesar salad with the chicken removed. They did eventually let us order two appetizers instead of an appetizer and entree, but it is appalling that they did not have another reasonable option when they ran out of the only vegetarian option at the start of dinner service. The whole experience was very disappointing.

    We had booked a pre theatre meal, we arrived on time had opted for the 2 course option, thinking it would give time to have a drink at the theatre. We ended up having to chase up both courses and having to ask for the bill at the same time as our waiter had no sense of urgency and did not apologise for the lateness of the dishes. We got to theatre with 5 minutes to spare, before it started, making it stressful which it really shouldn't have been. Do not offer a pre theatre meal offer if you cannot deliver quick service. Front of house staff were polite and professional, but waiting staff, perhaps just out waiter, need a little more training.
