   I went for the bottomless brunch with a friend on a Sunday. Live music was great and not too loud, hotel is really nice and the waitresses were very friendly and attentive. We will be back!

   Staff were excellent, polite and helpful My medium rare steak was a little bit over cooked but the taste and quality were excellent so didn’t think it warranted any complaints. Overall I would eat there again.

   Another excellent experience at E20. The staff are brilliant- efficient, professionally friendly, never have complaint in any area.

   Very professional and friendly service in the restaurant and bar. Excellent starters and desserts. I enjoyed the background music crested by the DJ - very hip!

   My friend and I always enjoy eating at The Kitchen E20. The welcome is consistently friendly and professional and we feel comfortable in the environment. The food is of a high standard and well presented. And delicious!

   The space is lovely and the ambience is very pleasant but we were a bit disappointed with our brunch visit on my mom’s birthday - there were many items off the menu that were not possible to order at the time and most importantly, they didn’t have sourdough bread which is in at least half the dishes on the menu. Instead we were given white toast bread which is not ideal as sourdough was part of the reason for choosing this restaurant. Since the slices were tiny, we asked for an extra piece of bread with the shakshouka since it only came with 1 small piece (also not usual) and we were told we’d be charged extra for the additional slice of tiny toast, which in my opinion is unacceptable especially after all the other inconvenience with the menu. It felt very bizarre and we ended up feeling like we’d made do with a situation rather than feeling as though any effort was made to make this a special experience.

   We ate here before attending a West Ham match… perfect location right outside Stratford International station. The staff were attentive and friendly and food was great too…

   Birthday brunch. Great experience and ambience. Enjoyed the music - live DJ. Staff friendly and accommodating. Food was good.

    Yesterday was the 2nd time we’ve been in Kitchen E20, but I visit the lobby cafe often for coffee & drinks. The space comfort vibe really delight even when it’s always busy with happy customers. The food, once again, of great quality & delicious. The staff really gentle, calm, friendly & of easy-going nature. We went with family who said they will be going back with other friends and family. Really welcoming space & staff.
