   Kirby’s Steak & Cake was new to the menu since our last visit. It includes a small tenderloin and crab cake. It was delicious and, in my opinion, the perfect portion sizes. We also enjoyed the sautéed spinach and shared a scrumptious, generous-sized bourbon pecan pie. The service was also excellent. Kirby’s is a restaurant that we return to again and again, because the food and experience do not disappoint.

   This was another exceptional meal and service at Kirby's, which is my "go to" steak restaurant. The quality is consistently excellent with a very professionanl wait staff. Kirby's was the perfect location for ur small business dinner.

   Wife’s salmon was excellent, however, I have been to Kirby’s many times and never sent a filet back, until this time. I ordered a medium 7 ounce filet and it was over done and blackened to much, it tasted burnt. I sent it back the second steak was done medium as ordered, however the outside was still blackened again to much. It was scorched. I decided to scrape the blackened on the outside off and eat what was left. I have never had a filet at Kirby’s that was scorched and blackened this bad.
