   We sat at the bar and had great service from Greg and excellent food. It’s a beautiful restaurant.

   Kiran's has been my favorite Indian cuisine in greater Houston, Texas area for over a decade. The menu is varied, the wait-staff is friendly and helpful to give me recommendations each time that I dine at Kiran's, the space is comfottable and the overall dining ambience is topnotch. I went to Kiran's today to partake of its Easter brunch buffet. As in past experiences at Kiran's, the service was outstanding (I enjoyed the pianist performance during the dining), the buffet foods were very tasty and well displaed with sufficient portions for all to partook of the buffer. My table was next to the windows, nearly central and the view was charming.

   Had a nice Easter brunch buffet at Kiran. The staff were really nice. My daughter hurt her leg and was on crutches, and they placed us at a table close to the buffet, and offered to help her put together her plate. They did miss some things. They forgot our bread basket and we had to ask for it before it was brought to us, and when we ordered our teas, we waited for a long time for it and had to ask another waiter about the order. Most of the dishes served at the buffet were delicious. They had a variety of Indian and western cuisine, including a carving station, and omelette and waffle station . The only disappointment were the desserts. The Indian desserts , Saffron Payasam & Gajar Halwa were very good but the cakes and cupcakes were a little dry and lacked flavor. The buffet cost $95 per person plus 20% mandatory gratuity. I thought that was reasonable. However, I do think $9.00 for a cup of tea a little steep. We had ordered a cup of green tea & a cup of chai tea.

   Always have a wonderful experience at Kiran’s. We are lucky to have such a fine restaurant in our city.

   Absolutely one of the top restaurants I have eaten at IN THE WORLD from the US to London to Hong Kong !!!!

   We are a regular customer of Kiran’s. We will always bring our guest to Kiran because we always had a good service HOWEVER this time it was different…. We had a guest from japan n celebrating our in laws anniversary. Our initial Server, Teresa was pleasant n attentive at the beginning of the service but later she was absent/ vanished…. We had to ask where was our food, when the food came rumali roti was missing, we could not find her go ask lemon . For ordering desert again she was nowhere to be found. She completely stopped checking on us until we were well into the meal. She came back to take the payment. On the positive side there was another server - Yuvraj who was the hero… we checked with him if he can call our server n he promptly asked if we need anything- that is when we told him about the lemon n the missing Rumali roti - he brought it so fast n served us with a smile n talked to us nicely. When we could not find our server for desserts he stepped in n took the dessert n went out of his way asking what are we celebrating. He brought back a dessert with happy anniversary- how thoughtful was this!! We will always ask for Yuvraj next time we come to Kirans.

    This was my first meal at Kiran's. Everything was really excellent. The service was attentive but not overbearing, the food was beautiful and delicious. We had the soup flight, tomato and barrata salad, the butter chicken and seafood curry. The fresh naan was right out of the oven - we actually had to let it cool. We will be back.
