   We had the most extraordinary dining experience at the new KIPOS restaurant!  The service was impeccable, the food was exquisite, craft cocktails were delish and the atmosphere was incredibly enjoyable as well as the beautiful taste in music.

   Our meal was delicious. The apps were very good. I had the salmon entree and my wife had the ribeye. Service by Max was great. Raoul was very friendly and informative. We willl return soon.

   Our first time and will not be the last! We sat outside in the garden area and it was delightful. The service was great and very attentive. Jeff the sommelier was incredibly knowledgeable and suggested a fabulous wine!! I visit family in Wilmington and will most definitely return. The grilled octopus was the best I’ve ever had!! Best Greek food outside of Greece and best meal in Wilmington!

    It was a wonderful experience. I made a reservation for 1, just myself as I was traveling in the area, and they made me feel very welcomed. The general manager was so friendly and took the time to chat with me and check in at points of ny dinner, as well as my waitress was so kind and knowledgeable about the area. The food was fresh, authentic style Greek cuisine and each dish I had was beautiful flavored. Highly recommend this place! I ordered the tuna tartare, and grilled octopus along with the chocolate flourless torte.

    The food, wine and service were all wonderful. Something new as an appetizer, with or without octopus, was the Fava - so good! We had a lovely table on the newly opened outdoor patio. If you are there in the early evening, you might consider a hat and sunglasses; as the sun sets depending on where your table is it may give you some relief from the blinding sun.

    This was our 2nd visit to Kipos; it did not disappoint. As always, the ambiance is wonderfully refreshing - they have added some cool chandeliers, which add a neat lighting to the already well-lighted restaurant. The place was hopping, as usual, with the indoor faculty packed, yet quiet and comfortable, and the covered patio was also full, as was the spacious completely outdoor space. Everyone was enjoying their meal. The service was excellent - our server - Shelle - was efficient and friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu choices.  The appetizers were superb, as we expected. The tuna tartare was excellent and the zucchini stack was absolutely superb. The entrées were all so good. It was hard to choose, but we opted for the short rib, the salmon, the lion fish and the grilled octopus. Each entrée was cooked to perfection or one complaint - was that the 1 pound lion fish, by the time it was prepared at table side, was about 8 ounces. No problem.- management reduce the price of the entrée accordingly. The desserts - we try the cheesecake and the Keylime pie. Both were large portions and absolutely delicious. No dinner at Kipos would be complete without a visit from Kathy Squires, the manager, who always stops by the table for a chat. We just love this place and can’t wait to come back again real soon.

    My husband and I ate here to celebrate our anniversary. We loved everything we ordered. The service was great and wine suggestions were perfect. I especially like the decor and atmosphere. The renovations to the place are really beautiful. We will definitely be back. Oh, and thank you for marking the gluten free items on your menu. So helpful!

    We've now been to Kippos multiple times. The food is consistently good and the service was excellent. They have a variety of good greek wines on the menu and traditional greek dishes as well as more Americanized options. We had the saganaki and taramolsata; both are consistently good. The grilled pita is a nice touch. The short ribs were cooked perfectly and fell apart. The Kakaiva has become one of my husband's favorite dishes. Recently, they've added a beautiful garden to the back. I can't wait to return and eat outdoors.

    Loved the old Kipos in Chapel Hill and had high hopes for this one. Service was outstanding, however food was completely unremarkable. Under seasoned and small portions for the pretty high prices. Doubt we will be going back.

    Very loud but festive. Of course, that was in the main dinning room. Next visit will be in the covered gorgeous outside patio or garden. And there will be more visits! The food was good, hot and presentation perfect. Happy we came and had happy tummies when we left!! Great waiter!! Great bar too!!

    First time dining at Kipos. The food, service and atmosphere all above average. The grilled swordfish steak was properly prepared. Wine by the glass cost was high. You may benefit buying the bottle We did ask for extra pita for dipping and charged an additional $3.00. Which seems a bit unnecessary.

    This is one of our go to restaurants for celebrating special occasions or just a fabulous meal. Their specials, dishes & service was as wonderful as our last visit & then some. We tried different dishes from the left side of the menu; the Tuna tartar, shaved Snapper, Fava Santorini a yellow pea hummus, Keftedes meat patties, Fried Calamari. All delicious choices. For our entrees; Moussaka is a favorite dish, the Lamb Shank is fork tender, the Fish Stew so flavorful. Unfortunately my Grouper was a tad over grilled & not a favorite dish. The Frago Chardonnay which resembles the French wine, complement to the food. The Prosecco is on the sweet side. Delicious Bak lava Cheesecake & Key Lime Pie finished our dining experience at Kipos along with birthday cards for the 2 birthday celebrations at our table. A very personal & thoughtful touch. The finished landscaping is exceptional making a beautiful & romantic outdoor dining space. Unfortunately they sat our table of 4 right next to large party who were very loud making conversation at our table difficult. With that being said, we look forward to dining there again!     Lovely atmosphere and very friendly waitress. Shelly was informative, congenial and knowledgeable. The table side fish preparation was fun to watch and the result was delicious. ThE music was a little to loud as the diners were all conversing and this was an eve when the seats were only about 60% full.
