I had to set my own plates, the waitress just put the pile on the table and walked off. No one checked on us, neither asked if we needed anything like water etc. I have asked to remove the service charges and no one has asked me why. that just shows how this restaurant and staff don't care about improving the experience.

Subpar service, we were asked to change tables to accommodate a larger group, without asking I was presented with the bill, very abruptly, as if they wanted us to leave. I wouldn’t return due to the horrible service.

It’s not my first time to dine in. However the experiences last night with the staff who served us wasn’t good. I felt offended giving me the bill while we were having our dessert. This staff needs training on proper communication. I felt like we were asking to leave indirectly. Very rude! She didn’t even apologised I lost my appetite and we decide to leave. We wanted to stay a bit longer though. I will not recommend Kintan to my friends and relatives and I will never dine in again in the future.

Service was great and the staff were really friendly. Unfortunately the meat isn’t the best quality and the grill lacked exhaust ventilation so we couldn’t see what we were cooking through all the smoke.

Loved the food. My table consisted of 3 adults and a six year old and spent £85 in total (including drinks). We decided to go order five meats and six sides to share. Would say the decor is lacking and doesn’t match the yummy food. Decor is quite dated and new furnishings are needed. Food and interactive experience was good but could have been better if updated.

I dined at the Oxford Circus branch with my family last Saturday. The location is great as it is close to the underground station. This was the second time I visited Kintan. Last time I visited their branch at Holborn. Both branches are spacious and they are a great place for gathering with family and friends. Both the food and service are very good, although the restaurant is a bit noisy. The prices are reasonable, especially if you go at happy hours. Unfortunately, we could not order set meals with cooked hot food as the gas stove of their kitchen was not working last Saturday. We could only order a la carte BBQ. If you go, I recommend you try their set meals which are good value for money. I like the desserts as well. That day was my son’s birthday and Kintan gave him an ice cream for free. If I travel to London next time, I would love to dine with my friends at Kintan again.

The service is bad. One of the service guys destroyed my cake, and I noticed that is my birthday I want the seat in the corner, but he didn’t give us and seems rude. I love the food here, but won’t be back again! (But thanks for the birthday songs, they are so nice except for that service guy

It was my first time going to Kintan and I was extremely pleased with the results. The food was amazing , the waitress was so professional, helped us with any questions we had and all the other staff that were there. The restaurant is really a great value for money and I am certain I will go there again. Thank you
