reception staff(smart lady)was so good!! And young Japanese guy was also nice! the best value Japanese BBQ restaurant in London. (I'm Japanese)

Had a lovely meal at Kintan in Oxford Circus area. Food was delicious, the atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant was great. Service was friendly and good. Will definitely go back.

Delicious and such fun for our kids! Loved every bite from the gyoza to the s’mores and all the delicious meats in between.

The food, staff and ambience of this plane is 10/10! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting an authentic Japanese dining experience.

My recent visit to this restaurant was quite disappointing. The food was overwhelmingly salty, making it difficult to enjoy any of the flavors. The beef, in particular, was incredibly chewy, almost to the point of being inedible. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the facilities left much to be desired; the toilet was noticeably dirty. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience.

I was asked to pay while we were eating our last dessert, and I felt like we were being kicked out, which was unpleasant.
