    I had an exceptional dining experience at Kingsway. Every course was prepared to perfection, thoughtfully plated, rich in flavor, and beautifully balanced.     Kingsway is yet another attempt to serve the highest quality food by limiting the price & choices. I say that because my favorite sushi fixed price restaurant in New Orleans is closing this month. (Yo Nashi will be missed.) Maybe Kingsway will find a way to survive the super-competitive Nola food scene. Kingsway: Their dishes are very pure, clean & almost zen in their fulfillment of what is being served. Uniquely prepared, served with emotion and scary good. Highly recommend if you want the very best food. Unfortunately I think they have gone a little crazy with their wine prices. Way overpriced. I paid $140 dollars for a very good white wine. Once. I would never do that again. Happy to buy a decent Pinot Grigio at Costco for $5. When the wine prices come back to earth, I will reconsider eating there a 2nd time. The well-designed bar was empty, which should tell you something. The music was a little loud, but I'm old and prefer quiet classical while I'm eating.
