   It isn't their fault. The Provincial Guidelines that require hamburgers to be cooked until over done is truly irritating. Perhaps we could sign a waiver for a medium burger? Everything else was excellent.

   Our hostess wasn’t very welcoming. We had reservations and we were earlier the pub wasn’t very busy it was Easter Sunday at 5:45 she reserved our table right beside the door. We had guests from out of town and chose king fisher for the River view so we asked if we could sit closer to the window? She hummed and looked confused for a while and then said ok I have a high top table by the window we thanked her but she really made us feel like we were a big inconvenience? Our waiter was great! Very friendly, informative and cheerful. The food was ok… we have been here several times we live just up the street so it’s very convenient but I have to say the food is just ok…. It’s never been really good. The setting and the music has always been very enjoyable here. Hopefully the food improves?

   Food was not good For the price I paid Very loud and noisy even out side on patio couldn’t hear my friend hardly Wouldn’t go back or recommend unfortunately

   I made a reservation as it was a sunny Sunday afternoon and new it would be fairly busy. We arrived and nobody greeted us for about 7 min. As we waited to check in with a host we noticed many tables available but still dirty from previous customers. When the host came to check us in finally we noticed there was seating on the patio but was not asked where we’d like to sit. The people waiting behind us were taken to the patio section which is non-reservable. Once seated our server asked us what we’d like to drink. We ordered 2 glasses of their house wine. We waited 10 minutes for it to arrive. Our server apologized for the wait. We ordered a burger and yam fries to share. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but on one plate with no cutlery, napkins, or sharing plates. We kindly asked for some and our server quickly found some and apologized for not being able to provide it prior to our meal arriving. We have come here for many years and have always been happy with service and food. Today might have been a one off. Hopefully next time we will see improvements made and feel like our business matters. Cheers

   We were in town to visit family and came here for a water view and were elated at the menu, service, tasty food, awesome selection of wines and mocktails, and live entertainment. ❤️❤️

   First time at the kingfisher… and we were delighted ! The ambience was stunning and relaxing and the service was excellent. The food quality and flavours were outstanding. We had the seafood chowder , beet salad and schnitzels. All made fresh in house. We are definitely coming back!

   Good live music, nice views of the water, server was very friendly, food was good but not memorable, took a long time to get food also. But server gave a free dessert to make up for the wait

   Excellent food and great view over the water . We had an amazing experience and this place is more of a dining experience than a bar . Been there before and will return again .

   Went down for the music. Artist sounded good, but the restaurant was so loud that we could not hear him well. Would go to hear him again, but it would be good if he could turn up that amp.

    Great time with friends on Wednesday night, good food and reasonably priced. Our server Romario ( I hope the spelling is correct) was very efficient and friendly. We will for sure come back👍
