NOT A JAPANESE RESTAURANT. Food tasted weird, it took forever to get. 6 people were eating one at a time. Extra $50 was added to the bill as service charge with no service provided. 4.8 star reviews are definitely not left by the actual customers. We watched people walk out angry because they couldn’t get food for over an hour.

The manager was abhorrent and my advice would be to try a different location. Manager acted as our waitress for a birthday dinner. Got drink and food orders, did no visit to the table again except to throw down the miso soup nearly an hour after ordering. Girlfriend’s food never came after an hour and we had to speak to multiple staffers to figure out what was going on. We had THREE different orders dropped off to us that we did not order, eventually we asked for help from the front, to which they replied that the manager was the one serving us and there was no recourse for the terrible service. Manager never came to speak to us after dropping off the miso soup. We ordered the all you can eat and failed to eat anything at all. Finally we decided to leave and a waiter was able to get us the first thing we ordered for the all you can eat over an hour later. The wait staff and hostess were great, they tried their best.

Excellent service and food. We did the all you can eat and it was a great deal. At one point, the chef came out and asked our preferences when it comes to sushi. He then specialized a roll for us based on our likes and it was delicious. I'm sure they cannot always do that, but I appreciate since it was slow that they came out and interacted with our table. Would definitely recommend.

Awful. I literally feel scammed. I’m very confused by the good reviews as I ordered most of the 'all you can eat' menu and legitimately did not enjoy one thing I ate. The menu is essentially a mix of salmon, tuna, shrimp, cream cheese, rice, and seaweed arranged in a few different ways with absolutely no flavor. The restaurant had the worst, most awkward atmosphere and the servers seemed to be really confused and disoriented. Super weird experience that was absolutely not worth the $120 for two people. Felt like what you’d get at a dirt cheap all you can eat resort.

we came to this restaurant because of good ratings from google. but it was a terrible experience! the fish used in sushi is terribly tasteless. We took a pack of eat as much as you want, but the sushi and sashimi were so tasteless that we didn't even want to eat them.
