I was underwhelmed by the food. The staff was the very best. The food not so much.

Both of us ordered salmon, though different kinds. Food came out really quick. Fish a bit dry. Green beans were very plain. Hot drinks for dessert were good.

The worst service from the host I’ve had in years, I would have been better served at a Church’s chicken. I had a reservation for two at 1930, arrived at 19:15 and was told to take a seat. I advised the host I would take a seat in the bar, order a drink as we waited for our table. After 4 attempts to order and receive a simple vodka soda with muddled berries , the host came over and advised our table was ready. Yet the host would not seat us if we has an open drink order. Cancelled drink order after, total 30 minutes, just to have host seat us at a table. Food was decent, yet not great. Would not go again Young brunette male host was TERRIBLE

A lovely room with good service but underwhelming food other than the halibut main course. Disappointed bread wasn't offered or available. They do not use a separate fork for the salad and have you place the used fork on the table, a practice that is not very sanitary. Dressed up as a fancy restaurant, it missed the mark.

Generally the food at the princess lodges has been decent, but this was a miss. Service for dinner was good, but the main dishes were lackluster. The chicken was bone dry and inedible. Breakfast food was good, but service was confused at best. The table next to me got the wrong items multiple times, I waited 20 minutes before even getting asked if I wanted water and no one checked in after my food was delivered. I had to chase my check down.

Ordered the king salmon and it was overcooked beyond belief. Beyond dry. The beans served with it had inconsistent cuts and many were bad and inedible and the mashed potatoes were just a pile of potatoes with no salt or flavor. I think if you are going to call your restaurant King Salmon and your signature dish is this bad, it is problematic. We didn't eat much of it. The waitress asked about our meal and we were honest. She came back and comped the meal and offered to bring another meal, but honestly felt we would have gotten the same meal again. The excuse was that they were busy, but I don't feel that was it. Our scheduled reservation was no different than any other time. I just feel that someone isn't monitoring the quality of food going out of the kitchen.
