    Appetizers were the weak link but the entrees and desserts were excellent. They actually exceeded the entrees and deserts on the Sapphire Princess ship. Great menus selection as well as excellent service.

    The food was excellent! We had the crab legs and dessert Very good mixed drinks too. Our waiter was scarce and we were seated in between two other groups on the same bench so we were all in each other’s conversations. Otherwise it would get 4+ stars.

    King salmon for the main course and salad to start and a great gluten free dessert, chocolate tart with vanilla bean ice cream, great view and once again great service. A little on the pricey side but you are in the middle of Alaska.

    Rada from Bulgaria was fantastic, made the evening. In fact we’re going back tonight. We had the King salmon and a salad and for dessert (my wife is gluten intolerant) a flourless chocolate cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. After a long day on the train if was a welcome relaxing evening.

    The Alaskan crab was ok, the salmon is over cooked like rubber, reminds me of cruise food. The delivery of food was delivered with no respect to the customer.

    We had 7pm reservation and were seated in a timely manner. We sat for at least 10 mins before server came over. We were able to order our complete meal as we were left plenty of time to peruse menu. No bread/butter served. I decided on my meal and the roasted pear salad, only to be told there was no pear. There are only a few soup/salad choices so eliminating one of the options is very disappointing. The only other salad is ceasar. Partner had salmon chowder, delicious. His entree was brick chicken that was OK. I had halibut with apricot chutney (an appetizer) for my meal, that too was just OK. I guess I expected more as food was kind of pricey and the place was crazy busy but overall pretty ho-hum experience, I would not go back.

    The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Martin was very attentive and our waitress, Artlette, was top rate. She was warm and engaging, made excellent recommendations and followed up often to see if we needed anything. From the minute we entered the restaurant, we felt welcomed by Kelly, who went out of her way to make our night memorable, especially after she found out that two of our much anticipated excursions were canceled. If you want a great meal with a spectacular view, this is the place.
