   Another EXCELLENT brunch at King Neptune. Delicious food in a wonderfully environment with friendly and efficient staff. The revisions and changes that the current owners have made are fantastic. The menu is creative, nutritious with innovative updates to old favorites. Just wonderful.!!!

   Service was attentive and food tasted great but the noise l Couldn’t carry on a conversation. Letting them know it was a birthday was useless they didn’t even acknowledge it!

   The metamorphosis of King Neptune is amazing in all respects. This is definitely our new favorite restaurant for Sunday brunch. The food is fantastic, the service is friendly and professional and the new atmosphere is great!!! Wonderful and highly recommended.

    Tuna tacos were good, but they needed a little more flavor. The mussels were great, but very spicy! Very loud environment, but upbeat for a group. The smell was quite overpowering at first, but that’s old beach real estate, combined with seafood.

    The revamped restaurant looks great, fresh and modern, while the Pirate bar retains its authenticity! The food presentation and flavors were amazing. Menu would be limited for some but we found it to be excellent for what we like to enjoy. The seafood was very fresh and delicious, fun atmosphere!

    Our waiter Cole was excellent. We went for a graduation celebratory dinner and had a wonderful experience. The food choices were different but delicious. We were seated pretty promptly. I would definitely recommend for a nicer option near the beach.

    Very tasty food, well presented. Chili verde with chorizo as a special soup was terrific. Overall a little bit on the pricey side but it is Wrightsville Beach! Service was excellent. Sharp looking space with a cool bar next door. Certainly worth a return visit.

    Neptunes has done an outstanding job with the makeover. Its ambiance is great. The place is vibrant and the food is next level. And the desserts are a must (esp the bread pudding)! So save room! Definitely would recommend if looking for a swanky cocktail/ dinner option in Wrightsville beach.

    Really good fast service. Food excellent. My husband had prime rib and I had an excellent avacado salad and Brussel sprouts. The drink I had was a grapefruit drink (I don’t know the name. Too full for dessert.

    The crispy Brussels sprouts are delicious with candied cranberries and goat cheese. Taylor, the waitress, is kind and attentive. Various dishes are not so well composed. The short ribs, warm like asphalt, hold a similar texture. The breaded flounder sinks uninspired with plainly flavored pesto. The Manhattan chowder is akin to chunky, heated tomato sauce.

    We went to King Neptune for Easter brunch and everything about the visit was exceptional. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food choices were interesting and everything was fresh and flavorful. We especially enjoyed the smothered breakfast burrito and the chicken and waffles. They do not have a children’s menu but you can order à la carte if needed. It is simply but nicely decorated and we can’t wait to go back!

    We loved the atmosphere and great service from Bristol! The menu is great. Would like to see the creamed spinach available as a side! Or as an appetizer with toast or pita points. Yum! Would also like a fancy chicken sandwich or special burger option. As always though, a great time.

    Excellent experience. We ended up being the last reservation of the night. The entire staff were cheerful and helpful regardless of the time. Our food was delicious! Looking forward to returning earlier in the evening next time with more time to spare.
