   Some of the food was quite good: the bar-b-que shrimp appetizer, and the gulf fish entree hit the mark. But the Caesar salad served that was entirely of arugula, fried anchovies, and no croutons had us scratching our head. At the end we decided the server must have been brand new. It took 20 minutes to get a bottle of wine, appetizers plates remained unmoved for 10 of so minutes after we had finished , and of course, we had to serve our own wine despite the server looking over at us several times, but not reacting. Our two cents is, despite him being new- someone at the restaurant should have been monitoring what he was doing (or in case), not doing. Didn't make for a great meal.

   Excellent food and service. We had the steak tartare, crawfish beignets, short ribs and scallops, and sea urchin carbonara. The place is a little tough to find until you go into the hotel to ask. It’s worth it!

   Great food and great service. Cocktail prices were a little high but overall we had a great time.

   Immediately when we arrived for our reservation our hostess was very rude and did not want to serve us which was incredibly disappointing because our food and service from waitress was great.

   Fantastic meal with great options for all. Made good recommendations and provided guidance for food and ingredient sensitivities for our group. (Gluten, vegan and all those who can eat everything). Our server, Maria, made our experience even better with fabulous service and a fun personality. With so many options in New Orleans you should put King Brasserie & Bar on your list. Fabulous cocktails and food was truly delicious!! Will be back for sure. Best meal of the week!

   Service was amazing. Very nice people. The single most bizarre seafood gumbo ever. Everything including the seafood was chopped??? I am from NOLA. This is no seafood gumbo. Very disappointed in the dish. Cheese board and French Onion Soup were delicious. The gumbo should be permanently 86’d. Just and awful representation of a classic dish. Terrible.

   We booked a happy hour reservation and was charged full price for these items. The owner? manager? adjusted the prices for us but they were deliberately put in as full price initially. Food was delicious.

   Well to start we found plastic in our soup, we let them know and our employee could have seriously choked on it. Then the only thing they did was give us a $5 happy hour drink. We recommend to not go to this restaurant and we work with the Taste of the NFL.

    Food was very good-Carbonara, onion shop & burgers. Drinks also. Our server-Aura- was virtually incompetent. The manager-Emily-eventually took control of our service.
