The service was good and quick without being overbearing. The atmosphere was nice since we sat near the grill and prep area we were able to see the attention and detail to completing the presentations. We also got to see what we will order for our next visit. Atmosphere and service are half the battle. Taste is the other half. I had the snapper and it was top tier! My wife had the grouper(I got a taste) it was good as well. We also had Monkey bread and fries/wedges. Both were very good. What I didn't get was the octopus. I got to see it though. I will be getting it next time.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. My only complaint is that the noise level made it hard to talk to my companions.

With great expectations we arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by the hostess and manager. They both acknowledged that our evening was to celebrate a birthday. We were seated and attended by a lovely and personable server. Cocktails were slow to arrive and appetizers were ordered. Unfortunately the octopus was quite chewy, but the dish on a whole was tasty. Corn and crab fritters did not disappoint. They were a treat. The anticipated monkey bread left something to be desired taste wise. Rather than go to a large plate entree, we decided to order another small plate. The roasted prawns were another disappointment. The dish was overdone, dry and barely contained any meat. Skipping to desert, we ordered a variety. The panna cotta was delicious, as was the key lime bar. We also enjoyed the butter cake. While placing the dessert order I eagerly awaited the arrival of the special recognition of my partner’s birthday which I specifically requested. To our disappointment the restaurant management completely failed. Kindler has great potential, but tonight’s experience fell short in my opinion.

Excellent menu of food and drinks! We had the steak with the bone marrow glaze and lobster main dishes and they were fantastic! Would recommend!!!

What a disappointment. If I labeled this experience I’d call it “Lost in the Sauce”. It was chaos. We waited at the bar for 25 minutes trying to get a drink and the bar tender never made eye contact with us. She was constantly moving around the restaurant doing everything but tending the bar. Once we got seated we waiting 30 minutes to get a drink order and then another hour to get our food. The steak was over done and the waiter was also frantically moving around the restaurant and doing everything but waiting on his guests. Way over priced and such a let down. I’ll never go back.

We were in the Keys celebrating our anniversary and went to Kindler looking for a nicer place to eat. We were not disappointed and had one of the best dinning experiences ever. Our waiter Edwin was fantastic in making our evening special. Everything tasted great and my wife said it was one of her best meals ever. That is high praise as we love dinning out. If you want great service and phenomenal food, go to Kindler.
