I work at a Concierge desk and normally get rave reviews for Kiki's. I had not tried it myself, so this visit was my first time, there were 3 of us. The waitress apparently forgot our table, and everything that goes wrong from being skipped made it a miserable experience. Watching others get served who were seated after us, watching them leave before we get an entre. The salads were very good, but the main meals apparently sat and were not brought to us for far too long. The Linguine & Clams was served cold and was sent back, it came out after the waitress zapped it in the microwave, causing it to be chewy and the clams lost their texture. Our pizza's had sat for so long they were burnt on the bottom and cold on top. Every request was missed, no lemon in water, no split bill as asked for, no water refills. After paying, and about to leave, the manager came by and asked if everything was good. We told him our experience and he did make it right and refunded the bill.

Cosmo who has been our waiter is just the Very Best! Example being last night he cut his finger and most likely went to the ER, but he came to our table to hand us our bill and sign out. a true Employee of the YEAR! HE always makes our dining experience the best and of course we can't think of another restaurant in La Quinta that we love More than KiKi's. So thank you.

We went to Kiki's Friday night for a party of four of us. Reservation was at 7:15p. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, a large order of Chicken Parmesan, Bucatini Caico e' Pepe and the Tricolore Salad. Waiter came over - took our order. We had 3 glasses of wine and an iced tea. Runners dropped the food - waiter did not come back after the food was dropped. Not even once! Everything was good except the Bucatini Caico e' Pepe. It literally had SO much pepper it was inedible. I have this dish all the time and make it at home as well. It was so over the top heavy on the pepper. But since the waiter never came back - I was never able to say anything. We asked the busser for more iced tea - never got it. By the time we got our food the restaurant was somewhat clearing out and not as busy. I realize that restaurants are understaffed these days and people are stretched thin but there was absolutely no reason our waiter could not have come back to service our table once things calmed down, which they did. This was our second visit to the restaurant and unfortunately last time the service was mediocre as well. Not going to to be 1st on my list to go back to.

Really cute place with a fun vibe. Our server was so nice and friendly and we really enjoyed the pizza and pizza dough appetizer. The owner was also very friendly and engaged in his restaurant.

My friend and I shared a pizza and a pasta and a salad, it was absolutely divine! It’s a fun atmosphere and the music was kicking. Will be back.

Pizza always great. They make their own pastas (except linguine?) and use Italian flour for pastas (helpful for Gluten sensitive folks).

Carpaccio had too many greens. Covered the beef which was not great. Didn’t have Johnnie Walker scotch, or Bombay gin. Chicken parm was delicious though. Caesar had some other green, not Romaine, but very good. Won’t return.

The dinner was cold! We sent it back it was cold again! The margarita pizza had no cheese on it! This is the 2 nd bad meal we have had here. Don’t know what is going on! The food would have been good if it was hot! The waiter was very nice and apologized, they did comp our dinner. Hardly ate though, because everything was cold! Only the pizza was hot, cold chicken parm and cold eggplant parm!
