We sent a message to the chef that we liked the dinner better than the last 2 or 3 times we had been to Ski Tip Lodge. Great place for special occasion celebration!

Everything that we ordered was delicious and had great presentation. Our server, John, was friendly, attentive and informative. We will absolutely be back to The Ranch in the future!

Had to flag down a server to get a drink (waiting 10-15 minutes is too long), although server was very pleasant and explained she was escorting some patrons to the after dinner area. Food very good except for the Steak Tartare, which was full of too many ingredients other than steak. We are steak tartare lovers, and this was probably the worst we've had. All other dishes were superb, so please change the steak tartare recipe.

waiter John was very attentive. Salmon special was well cooked and actually sweet with the yellow beet dressing. Our first time here and they made us feel like we were regulars. Special treat given to celebrate our anniversary, the after dinner ranch house tops off a great night together.

Terrific meal, beautiful venue, very good service. A small hiccup is a seemingly lack of knowledge on the part of your servers in regards to your wine list. Address this and The Ranch becomes an undisputed fine restaurant in North America!

I took my husband to Keystone Ranch tonight to celebrate his birthday. It could not have been a better evening for us. Outstanding service from Catrina, amazing food from the chef (Diver Scallops for me; Tenderloin for my husband), and plenty of time to relax during summer sunset in the beautiful dessert and coffee area. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to celebrate a special evening or even to just have a nice dinner out.

Keystone Ranch restaurant is one of our favorite restaurants in Summit County. Always great food, excellent wine selection, service and ambiance. The views of Keystone Ranch golf course add to the ambiance as does the casual European decor. Be sure to enjoy dessert in the special room by the fireplace.
