Nice pre dinner drinks in the bar area, followed by a lovely dinner. Nice friendly and good service A very pleasant evening.

We received a very friendly greeting and then had excellent service and attention from Maria and Lisandro. The food was good and very well priced. We had a lovely evening and will be back soon. Thank you.

I did give this feedback when leaving the restaurant and it was hardly acknowledged. I also sent an email to the senior team at Soho House (receipt has been acknowledged but I’ve received no response a week later). Had a booking for 6 people - restaurant was at 20% capacity & we were on a 7pm booking. We were seated at a round table in the corner with half sofa seating. The sofa seating is very low and deep - too low to enjoy a lengthy meal and quite uncomfortable. We asked if we could move - which we were swiftly. The ordering process - 1 guest ordered the burrata starter - not available the last portion has just been sold. 5 of my 6 guests ordered the main course steak - only 1 was available as the rest had been sold. Our waiter went off to ask the chief if anything could be done, he came back and said we could have pork (which was already on the very limited menu). We ordered wine and this took some time to arrive. In fact 20 minutes after ordering, another server arrived with a different red to the bottle we had ordered with a long speel about the wine - obviously the wine we had ordered wasn't available. Our starters arrived and we had finished eating them them before the wine / drinks arrived (which we had chased on). We were still eating our starters (without drinks) when our main courses arrived - which we sent away. The wine did eventually arrive and a bottle of corked red was left on the table unopened. So we had to hunt a server down to uncork it. When we had finished eating dessert / cheese - the dirty plates were left on the table for 45 mins & I had to ask for the table to be cleared. An Irish coffee was ordered and it was undrinkable as the cream had curdled. The night went from one comedy of errors to the next with no on taking charge or control of the situation. Extremely disappointed. Have provided feedback with no follow up. Won’t be visiting again.

I have been here many times in the last year. It is always - consistently - a lovely gorgeous experience. The service is warm and hospitable, the aperitifs perfect, the food is delicious and the ambience delightful. A very special gem in soho.
