For a limited time, this new pop-up restaurant sits in a never-before seen space surrounding the glass dome atop Corinthia London’s Baccarat chandelier.
Gaze down on the exclusive view as head chef Chef Nick Beardshaw serves seasonal dishes from an open grill, with Laurent Perrier Champagne and Rebellion Lager from the Marlow brewery.

From 12 April to 15 May.

    A wonderful evening, thank you so much to all the staff, very clever use of outside seating and an evening to be remembered. Our first big outing since lockdown and it was certainly worth the wait

    Great experience, brilliant concept to create a restaurant out of a dead space. We were very lucky to make it this week. Well done guys great service great ambiance and the food was good to. Hope to see you again in the main restaurant

    beautiful food, amazing surroundings - such a shame this is a pop up and won't be continuing as the rooftop venue was gorgeous. Like being abroad and the wonderful surprise of the musicians playing on a balcony above us completely made the experience. Food all outstanding, of course, and service lovely. Feel lucky to have experienced this!

    Arrived early and our table was ready. Front of house and serving staff were friendly and fun. It wasn’t the warmest day but they took the rain etc in their stride. They were all humorous and professional Blankets and heaters were abundant for the guests as necessary. The food as expected was of a high quality and amazing. The gherkin chutney was a revelation!! All in all it was an exceptional day and every part was fantastic.

    We waited for 15 minutes for a table and were not communicated very well with why that was. Also when we were seated there were several empty tables
