   The pub was practically empty when we arrived. Nonetheless, we waited an extraordinary amount of time for our meal. When delivered, five of six meals arrived while my grandson's meal did not. My daughter finally went to check on it and the server said they were waiting on his fries. (Other meals already delivered had fries). So they brought the burger without fries and then later brought his fries. No apologies given. Floor was sticky as if it had not been cleaned after a busy Saturday night. (We were there on a Sunday afternoon). Very disappointing visit.

   My party of three had reservations at 5:30. When the three of us arrived together we were told by the hostess that some of our party had already arrived. We informed her that the three of us were here together and there were no additional people. The hostess then offered bar stools for us in the bar area. We declined the stools and she was able to find a place for us in the room with the pool table. Not sure why I bothered to make reservations on Open Table. Keagan’s obviously does not adhere to the reservations. The food arrived for two of us. The third meal was delivered when we were close to finishing ours. The restaurant was very busy that evening. If they continue to provide that type of service to their customers I predict they won’t continue to have a large crowd. Our server was fantastic!

   Food was average. Nothing special. Was expecting more Irish food options. Service was slow and they weren’t even busy. Server was friendly. Would not go back.

   The stew was quite tasty, but the fish in the fish and chips was bland. The fries could have been a bit hotter and crispier.

   The food was outstanding as was the service. We were a little crowded for a party of six with larger unused 8 person table empty next to us but everyone had a good time.

   Brooke, our waitress, was amazing and upbeat. She went out of her way to make sure our table was taken care of.

   We were seated near the pool tables. Several loud drunk players using vulgar language made it hard for us to have family conversations.

   I made a reservation for 9 on April 22 at 4pm before going over to the Sandler Center for a show. I specifically requested accessible seating because one of my friends is in a wheelchair. The ladies arrived just before me and the hostess asked if a "hightop" table was okay. One of my friends actually assisted her through the door, so she was there. That has not set well with me or my friends. The food and service was good, but I would suggest that you give your staff sensitivity training regarding people with disabilities.

    Great for a large gathering with friends. Food was good and service was good.
