   Was not open. I booked the reservations on OpenTable for 1115 and they don’t open until 12. The girl who works there was rude about it but only assumed they were open because of OpenTable..

   I’ve never tried this place before. I enjoyed the service and the drink selection it was a little disappointing that the shepherd‘s pie and bangers and mash were not available, I understand that there are conditions of supply, it is what it is. overall solid spot.

    I ordered the corned beef and it was terrible! The meat tough and overcooked. The potatoes were gross and the the whole meal was very bad. The server was less than average.

    While the actual service of food to table was good the server acted like she had any number of better things to do than to simply stay and listen to our order. we tried twice to order drinks and finally got to when she came back with our appetizers. The apps were amazing but the main course was a joke. $18 for three slivers of corn beef which was so tuff and chewy that it made it more of a mouth workout than enjoying my meal. the broccolini was old and def wilted, whatever they called potatoes side was so full of oregano and Italian seasoning that I couldn't even stomach it. the drinks were great! they had no ac or wasn't running it properly because we sat and sweated while we tried to eat or food. I wouldn't ever go there again for anything other than drinks and apps. and for that I would only sit at the bar. I don't think the server ever smiled. I get being over worked but if you don't want to be there then don't come in.

    Food and service were both good but nothing special. The haddock was a bit fishy but the burgers and sweet potato fries were delicious. Good place for a casual, reasonably priced meal with a nice selection of entrees.

    Service was terrible, no silverware to start. I was charged $20 per margarita that came in a rocker glass. 2 small drinks for $40 was outrageous. Limited menu was not advertised, so I could not even get a steak! Never again and I will not recommend!

    An aging bar/restaurant. Friendly staff. Food was excellent. Service was excellent, very friendly and efficient. A bit on the noisy side for us old folks. Would recommend this restaurant.

    Relaxed atmosphere and servers are super friendly, accommodating and easy going. Food is good and consistent menu, true to an Irish bar. There are different seating sections, and views of TVs blend in without being overbearing. Location has lots of parking close by and steps from Town Center square.

    If you're not worried about talking to your companions or dinner guests then you should enjoy this place. But don't go here if youre interested in an intimate pub setting. Its one big open noisy room

    We had a reservation via Open Table. The restaurant called me 30 min. prior to tell us that there was an issue w/ Open Table; they were not taking reservations- it is first come first serve. It was New Year’s Eve. The reservation was made weeks in advance. If they had let us know, earlier, we would have gotten a reservation at a different place. 30 min. notice was unacceptable; especially with an 8:00 reservation.

    Food and service was very good but I will never go back because I could smell cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in. I asked the hostess about it and she said they have a separate smoking bar. I requested and she sat us a the farthest table from the smoking bar and our group could still smell the smoke. Not acceptable. I wish the smoking bar had been mentioned on Keagan’s website. If it had I would’ve chosen a different restaurant.

    Place still allows smoking and the whole restaurant stinks. We couldn’t stomach this and eat. Our server was great and understanding. We cashed out our drinks, tipped her well, and headed out.

    Went for a quick meal before going to a show at Sandler Center. Wife’s burger was good, but a bit thin on the bacon. My fish and chips had a VERY LARGE piece of fish. Very good but almost too much to eat comfortably.

    Super experience! Our waitress Alaya was awesome and attentive. The food was cooked perfectly, and delicious as well. We had a super fun time. Will definitely be recommending Keagan’s to friends and family!

    had to ask the waitress to steady the table that was extremely rickety which the hostess, wait staff and manager should have already noticed by doing quality checks; overwhelming smell of cigar smoke despite the fact that it appears they have a ventilation system to try to suck it out; food was meh - I had the cheese balls, fish and chips and bread pudding; waitress did an excellent job; I will never return it recommend

    Unfortunately we sat in a booth and even though it was early enough in the evening we felt forgotten. The food was bland which is not typical of Irish food. We had to wait for a server, wait for our drinks, wait for requested water...it was a waiting game all evening. We don't plan on going back.
