   Fabulous venue for a chilled out beach club vibe! Was quiet not many here but made the day for us as we got to chill, great music too, chill house music!

   I was super excited to go here after all the TikToks I've seen hyping this place up. I was disappointed. My friend and I got there at our reserved time. We were greeted right away, but we were seated separately with other people at the poolside lounge chairs we had reserved. We had to ask to switch to sit together. Then we had to wait almost an hour for someone to come and take our order for food and beverages. After that, it took another 45 minutes for our drinks because they didn't have the ingredients at the bar, and they forgot my pizza. A couple that was sitting next to us felt the same way and ended up leaving before their drinks were even delivered. As they were leaving, they stopped at the bar to get their drinks and gave them to us, and left. Our server told us, "I'm only as good as my weakest link," and that "we're normally really on top of things, this is just an off day." I may try to give this place another try, but this was an awful initial experience.

   We visited Kassi Beach Club and while the food was delicious, the service was extremely slow. We had to wait over an hour just to get our food and drinks, which definitely put a damper on the experience. It probably didn’t help that it was raining, which may have added to the delays. The atmosphere is great and the menu has a lot of tasty options, but the long wait times made it hard to fully enjoy. Hopefully they can work on speeding things up, because the food is definitely worth it.

   The weather was a bad day on my day there but nothing you can do about that. First of all, I really like the pool, the beach vibe style to it. Love that you can sit around the edges inside the pool, reminds me of the pools in Mexico (swim-up bar pools). The food service was EXTREMELY slow. I waited over an hour for my breakfast sandwich (they forgot my beacon so I had to ask for it). They blamed the weather but I ordered way before the weather changed, I think they forgot. I saw people come in after me and they got their food before I did. The waitress was a little rude when we noticed we didn't spend all of the minimum ($15 charge on bill) so we asked if we could just get a drink instead of wasting that $15. We left early than expected because of weather but also because of the music. It sounded like the same beat the entire time. I know it wasn't but listening to the same style of music for hours is not the vibe. It just sounded like noise in the background. And it was Cinco De Mayo weekend and no latin music was odd. Flamingo Go Pool plays all different style of music during your stay there. If this pool did the same, people would enjoy it more. The vibe was so mellow here it is boring if you are celebrating anything. This is more of a relaxing pool.

   Honestly was really hoping to love this place but the service from the wait staff was abysmal. Food and amenities were great but we saw our waitress maybe a total of 6 times in a 6 hour window. Absolutely not worth the experience if the service is going to be lackluster.

   Great service and experience! Our server was attentive and always checking in. She also easily explained the policy regarding deposits and pre authorization on the credit cards! Food and drink was great, $200 minimum spend is a great deal for a weekday in Vegas, and was able to get ample drinks and food, our total came out to $380 before tip with about 4 rounds (refillable 36oz cups, she explained there’s about 4 shots in each drink)and 3 different food items. Will definitely put this on our list to visit next time we’re in town!!

   Had so much fun at this pool! Went on a Sunday so it was not crowded-some would say the weather impacted that, but it was a perfect 70 degrees. Reserved 2 chaise lounges right next to the sand-the vibe/crowd and music was just right for my liking. You don’t have to walk far to get to the water-which is heated perfectly. Good and drinks were excellent!

    Found this place on Tik Tok after realizing the Flamingo pool was going to still be under renovation during our friend’s birthday trip and we were determined to have good pool day. I didn’t have high hopes but this place was INCREDIBLE! We had such a good time. Best pool experience any of us have had in Las Vegas and we’ve been to a bunch. The cabana was spacious enough for the four ladies. The design of the pool and pool area was great; aesthetically pleasing. Also, cleanest pool bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Lastly, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Relijah was our server and she was amazing. Ari was also wonderful even tho she wasn’t our server, she still checked in with us occasionally. This place was such a great find and we look forward to coming back again the next time we’re in Las Vegas.
