Four of my friends and I rented a cabana for the day. It’s a great deal and provides much-needed shade and cooled air during the hot summer here. Dru (or Drew) was our server and she was fantastic. The food was delicious and better than expected. The only negative was that the pool was hot. I mean hot-tub hot. We were looking for relief from the hot weather and it was a shock when entering the pool. Other than that, outstanding service, food, and cabana.

Great venue, pool would be better if it was cold. Also, being from the UK they tried to pre approve my card via contactless which won’t work .

Our visit to Kassi Beach Club was disappointing and not at all reflective of the upscale experience we were expecting. I had already paid a $95 deposit to reserve the cabana, which was supposed to go toward the $325 minimum spend—fair enough. But upon arrival, I was hit with an unexpected $450 hold on my card. That lack of transparency was frustrating and set a negative tone for the day. If the required spend is $325, the hold should match or at least be communicated clearly in advance. Once we were seated, the issues continued. Our waitress was not nearly attentive enough given the price point and the fact we were in a private cabana. Drinks were watered down, and the menu was uninspiring. When the food came, it felt rushed and was more about speed than quality. For what you’re paying, you’d expect better execution. The overall ambiance was flat—the DJ played like there was no audience. No energy, no vibe. It honestly felt like background noise rather than part of the experience. Between the surprise charges, lackluster service, weak drinks, and forgettable food, it left a sour taste—literally and figuratively. Kassi Beach Club has potential, but the guest experience needs serious improvement before I’d consider returning or recommending it to anyone looking for a polished Vegas pool day.

The only draw back to Kassi beach club was the temperature of the pool water. It was hot outside and for the price we paid for food and drinks, one expects to be able to cool off in the pool. Instead, we just kept sweating because the pool is the same temperature as the air outside. Even though food and drinks and service were fabulous, I won't be coming back if I can't stand in the pool with a nice cocktail and be refreshed.

Rented day cabana at Kassi Beach Club for girls celebration. While we enjoyed the vibe at Kassi, there were a few items we were disappointed with. Specifically the pool was way too hot, it was like a hot tub, and not refreshing at all, which made for no way to cool off. When we arrived at our cabana, we found the refrigerator was not cool. Come to find out they never plugged it in. While we appreciated the free water in the refrigerator, it would have been nice to have it chilled upon our arrival. We also had problems with the mister and fan in the cabana as it stopped working. We had about 1.5 hrs before it was fixed and working again. The food was fine, although based on reviews I had seen online I did have a higher expectation, so I have to rate the food as basic. On a positive note, our server was attentive and pleasant and when we brought the issues of the refrigerator and fan/mister to her attention she promptly addressed. I also liked that the pool club itself is not huge like some other resorts. I would go back but only if the pool was maintained at a proper pool temperature.

Had the best time!! Food was great! Drinks were so good. Service could be better. Asked for water 3 times, still never got it. The veggie plate was unexpectedly soooo good and refreshing for a hot day in the sun. The sand is unbelievably hot tho. Next time I’m in Vegas, def will be back!!

Overall, great experience. Would recommend to anyone, whether small or large group. The whipped ricotta and honey was delicious!
