A 14 seat, neighborhood Omakase from the team that brought you Noko Nashville. This is a 14 course, 90min nigiri & hand roll dining experience for $75. We highly recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to enjoy a drink at our Japanese cocktail bar as we start promptly at your reservation time. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the cuisine, we will not be able to accommodate fish allergies or vegetarians.

    If you’re reading this while deciding whether to book a seat at Kase x Noku, stop scrolling and just do it. Sell your shoes, fake a dentist appointment, bribe your babysitter—whatever it takes. Because what Chef Junior is doing here? It’s not dinner. It’s edible enlightenment. We did the 14-course omakase and I’m still emotionally recovering. I’ve eaten sushi before—I’ve thought I knew flavor. But this? This was like getting drop-kicked in the soul by umami. Every course was perfectly paced, perfectly balanced, and somehow made me feel both humble and spiritually superior at the same time. Chef Dung “Junior” Vo is a madman genius in the best way. He doesn’t just serve food—he orchestrates an experience where your mouth stops being your mouth and becomes our mouth. Like a flavor Voltron. We were all one, chewing in unison, questioning everything we ever knew about raw fish and rice. The vibe? Immaculate. It’s not that cold, flexy, “I drive a leased G-Wagon” type of omakase. No, This is the cool friend’s living room where the cool friend just happens to be a world-class sushi chef with sauce wizardry and an A5 wagyu plug. It’s chill, welcoming, and somehow still the best meal you’ll have all year. By course 9, I was ready to give Junior power of attorney. By course 14, I was googling if it’s legal to marry a scallop. 10/10. Will return. Will weep again.

    This place is fantastic! The best sushi in Nashville, with every bite being so good! Value is good too. Definitely worth the price. Really excellent menu for cocktails and sake too. Service is personable and attentive. Love this place.

    We had an excellent time at Kase x Noko! The sushi was exceptional, and there was a wide variety of fish and meats served on the 14-course tasting menu. Our favorites were the salmon, wagyu, and otoro. We were celebrating our engagement, and they gave us free champagne and our sushi chef Vinnie gave us another round of the salmon sushi for free as well. My partner doesn't eat red meat, and Vinnie swapped out the wagyu course for a similar fish item. Overall, we had an amazing experience. The price was hefty, and it was hard to get a reservation, but I still recommend that everyone should go at least once.

    This has to be one of, if not the, best dining experiences ever. The service was exceptional, and we really appreciated how knowledgeable the entire staff was throughout the course of dinner. Our server gave us an excellent sake pairing experience, and we had a fabulous time.

    I absolutely loved my experience with Kase x Noko. From beginning to end, the service is top notch. Every staff member is attentive and friendly. The sushi is some of the best I’ve had. The fish was so fresh, and all the ingredients were put together so well and tasted delicious. The “kreme de la kreme” a la carte nigiri is a MUST. My favorite bite of the whole night. 10/10! It was my second time there, and I would definitely go again.

    Such an incredible experience at kase !! The space was stunning at the omakase was so delicious and so fresh. Getting to hear about each bite beforehand truly added to the experience. Cannot recommend enough !!!
