   Just as amazing the second time around! The food is obviously great, but what stands out the most is the level of service from their entire team.

   I had really high expectations for Kase! We were celebrating a special occasion. The vibes were great, reminded us of our omakase experiences in Japan. The reason for the low review is I asked the chef for no wasabi, but throughout my dinner he kept putting wasabi in my food. It would be sandwiched right in-between the fish and rice, and I would check between each course and scrape it out if I saw it but obviously it still tasted like strong wasabi. He would remember not to put it on top of the fish (eg the ones with the pickled wasabi), but it’s probably muscle memory to put a dollop between the fish and rice. At one point he heard me mention the wasabi to my husband and he made me another without the wasabi, but if I’m paying that much money for dinner, I’d want my one request to be honored the entire dinner. It was such an intimate environment I felt bad and just kept eating it without complaining even though it happened multiple times because I felt uncomfortable. I still had a good overall experience, and the drinks were lovely, but wish I could have experienced the meal without an overpowering wasabi taste!

   This omakase spot was such a cool experience—14 courses of straight-up deliciousness. Every bite felt super fresh and really well thought out. The hamachi was buttery and clean, the chutoro basically melted the second it hit my tongue, and that wagyu foie gras… next level. The service was awesome too—friendly, chill, and super on point. You could tell they cared about every detail. It wasn’t just a meal, it was a whole vibe. Definitely one of those dinners you’ll be thinking about for a while.

   Phenomenal experience. Junior was amazing at preparing every item like a piece of art in front of us and keeping us entertained the whole time. The food tasted even better than it looked. I can't wait to go back!

    Such a fun little intimate experience and especially for the price point it made adding on the whole à la carte section a no-brainer, which felt like such extra bonus to get about five more unique crafted pieces. Chefs were very sweet and would engage with you answer questions about sourcing of proteins or menu development, anything you could think of really. Cocktails were all very thoughtfully curated with a wide variety of flavor profiles, and very well balanced. Definitely enjoyed my time with the staff and other patrons for dinner
