Kase strives to bring fresh Japanese fusion omakase style cuisine to Las Vegas. Omakase translates to “I’ll leave it up to you” or in this case the sushi chef. Kase will emulate Omakase style sushi bars from Japan and bring that extraordinary style of meals to Las Vegas. We invite you to join us for lunch or dinner. Reservations are highly recommended. Kasé is not a place to see and be seen. It’s simply a place to enjoy some of the highest quality sushi in Las Vegas.

Horrible passive aggressive waiter. Did the alarm fo and after 2 hours we had been served only 3 dishes out of the 8 it comes with. He said he was slammed but we were one of only two parties there. He also gave himself a 20% tip which he struggled to remove from the bill! Worst mother’s day ever.

Our favorite sushi spot in town. The service is outstanding and the food is always fresh and flavorful. We always come back for more!

Nick was excellent, loved the 1/2 price Sake bottle Sunday Special. Had the 7 course omakse. Can’t wait to go back.

Great little gem! Decor was beautiful, service great. Approach to sushi is traditional so if you like rolls & a bunch of sauces, this is not the spot for you. But if you are looking for quality sushi, check out Kase.

Kase is a hidden gem in Vegas! The chef’s tasting menu was incredible, and the eel was hands down the best I’ve ever had—so balanced and flavorful.
