The food is outstanding to be honest. This is my second time here, this time for lunch and it’s like the portions weren’t smaller at all. Highly recommend the steak and chicken plate.

We visited your location for New Years Eve. We were seated promptly in a very safe environment. We sat down and the waitress asked if we were ready to order. Seriously? The whole entire dinner was rushed and felt like we were in a cattle trailer. Thank goodness the food was delicious. To go boxes were delivered immediately when the chef left the table before we had really gotten to eat half of the meal. Checks were delivered before being asked if we wanted anything else. The table was cleared before I was finished eating. Horrible experience.

Pretty good food and atmosphere. Our waitress was not really attentive as I think she should have been and when asked what ingredients were used in certain things she seemed annoyed. She was not new and a older woman.

The food was great as usual. The atmosphere was a little less exciting due to the COVID-19 restrictions, but that was to be expected. We felt safe and comfortable eating there and the kids still really enjoyed it.

Nothing special. Waitress was rude. Margaritas weren’t good. Food portions were large. I’m not pressed to go back.

Overall it was great. The only concern is the fried rice my wife & I ate tasted slightly bitter. We think it may have been slightly scorched during the cooking process. This is first time this has happened after many times dining at Kanki. We didn’t say anything to our chef but we probably should have mentioned it.

My family and I had a blast at Kahnki! The waitress was great and so was our chef! The food tasted delicious as well. So happy we were able to make a reservation and wish we were able to do this all the time as some days we aren’t able too! Great day!

It was a very enjoyable experience as a teen trying to try new things and make memories with friends. They handled the new social distancing and mask policies very well by splitting the diners and tables which could be very difficult for a hibachi restaurant. Overall great experience and I would recommend this restaurant for any family looking for a fun night out or some friends looking for a thrill on a friday.

If you like hibachi, it is a good place to go, nothing extraordinary but clean, good social distancing, all service people wearing masks, and good food.

Maybe the Japanese Steakhouse concept needs an update... it's the same old same old.... maybe teach the chefs how to entertain? That's why you you come.... to be entertained... seemed like they were simply going through the motions... boring...the food was okay... nothing special... too much salt... not sure i will be back anytime soon...

I told the food preparer neither me or my daughter could eat shrimp due to an allergy...he conti ued to cook the food on the same grill barely spaced apart...in addition, he only cleaned off one utensil he was using which was the spatular but not the long fork he was using as well. It was unacceptable, needless to say.
