    We had always liked Kampai but now after sitting at the counter, we love Kampai! We enjoyed the experience of sitting at the sushi counter and having Chef David prepare sushi for us. What a joy to watch him and the flavors and every thing we had was perfection! We also enjoy the hostesses and the wait staff. Everyone is so nice and the service is top notch. Thank you for an other great experience at Kampai!

    Great selection even if your not a sushi fan. There is the usual sushi and sashimi but there are also imaginative rolls and other choices including waygu dumplings and other not raw fish choices. The quality is outstanding. They have a wide variety of drinks: excellent cocktails, good choice of beers and wine and the most amazing selection of saki - had no idea there were so many! Service was excellent. Make sure you get reservations way in advance

    Outstanding in every way. We went for the sushi, but it was the hot items that actually blew us away the most. The crispy tofu in particular was out of this world… As was the fried chicken. Of course the sushi was top-notch as well. Cannot recommend more highly!

    As a couple, we opted for seats at the chef’s counter and the omakase option. It was an outstanding experience. Chef David was our chef for the night & exceeded all expectations. For those curious about omakase pricing, it ranges from $150-$200 per person and well worth it. Every course was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and for the sushi, so fresh. Having David walk us through each dish made for an over the top experience.

    We sat at the sushi bar and had the Omakase dinner, and loved everything about it. It was enjoyable to chat with the chef about the food and his culinary background. All of the staff were attentive and fun to chat with.

    Food was great and sitting at the sushi bar was fun. Not great for kids that just want a salmon avocado roll. The last thing the sushi chef wants to make is a salmon avocado roll.
