Kalimotxo celebrates the vibrant small plates culture of Spain, from Basque style pintxos to tapas from Andalusia, all meant to be enjoyed with crushable cocktails, a curated Spanish wine list, and flowing porrones.

Valet is available on Friday and Saturday for $10 and is located at the entrance of the parking garage, on the west side of Nueces St, in between 2nd and 3rd. We also provide validation for up to 2 hours in the garage. Our bar, Kalimotxo, opens at 5pm Tues-Saturday and 4PM on Sunday.

Was excellent. Atmosphere was classy and quiet (Sun diner though, not sure about Fri or Sat evening) food was up to expectation for Spanish tapas. Service was attentive. We will definitely go back and explore more of the creative menu.

Server was absolutely impeccable and gave us free champagne to pair with all the food that we had ordered. He was absolutely phenomenal, and the food was amazing. Will absolutely be back truly such an impeccable experience in Austin! ❤️❤️❤️

DJ spinning loud music for restaurant level for a conversation. Small menu selection for tapas. Food was good and could be even better with more variety.

Food was amazing, the staff were extremely welcoming! Blake made us feel right at home.

The food was flavorful, but the portions were small for the price. It could be that we’re just a bit spoiled from spending so much time in Spain, and having tapas, but increasing the size of the plates for sharing would’ve been good. Which staff was attentive.

Love this place! The environment, food and the staff for my opinion is great is you would like hanging out without something formalities.

Took my wife to Kalimotxo yesterday evening for Happy Hour and it was just fantastic. The appetizers, especially the oysters & pan con tomate are out of this world. The service was prompt, courteous & attentive. All the wine and mixed drinks we had were so darn tasty. Will definitely be back again!

Thought the food was going to be great, but was a bust. The fish croquettes and bruschetta like serving were awful!
