   The food is good, but definitely not exceptional. The "japanese white bread" was heavy in a way that 食パン never is, though the two full slices were generous. The egg plates could use a vegetable component, and the potatoes need some sort of sauce, as they were very dry. The okonomiyaki is passable, but no better than homemade. Solid "meh", all around.

   We went for the restaurant week menu and was so pleased with the experience. Each course was excellent, and the sushi is next level. Truly a fantastic meal.

   Went during restaurant week. Food was great and enjoyed sitting at the counter watching the chef prepare it.

   One of the top three meals of my life. The way the nigiri was paced allowed me to taste each subtle note .

   We loved our dinner at Kado No Mise . Unfortunately the service did not compare to the quality and level of food. Our server's timing was off and we had to wait for long periods of time to have his attention.

   Wonderful all-around experience. The sushi rivaled top sushi in Los Angeles and San Francisco. The sushi rice was probably the best I have had. The service was excellent. The restaurant is beautiful, modern, and appropriately understated.

   great fish but overall food was NOT special and overpriced. Paid the same for Nobu in LA ... guess which is better?
