   Ordered the “Must Try” salmon dish. It was supposed to come with fresh green beans, herbed potatoes, mushrooms, and roasted peppers with garlic herbed butter. Salmon was over cooked, green beans were the frozen cut type, the potatoes were boiled and tasteless, and I didn’t taste any garlic whatsoever. Shrimp with bow tie pasta was only a little better. Also, only two beer brands were available from the list on the menu. Do yourself a favor… if you’re hungry eat somewhere else or order GrubHub if you have to.

   I had the shrimp tacos. The sauce was great and the shrimp were tasty. New favorite. My husband had the burger. He loved it. Quick great service. We will be back.

   Came here for Easter Sunday lunch. I’d made a reservation through the app and they said they didn’t have it, even though I received 3 separate confirmations via email and text. Seating wasn’t an issue as there was only one other party at the restaurant. Service was poor in that our server made themselves very scarce and was slow to fulfill the requests we’d made when we made them (asking for a high chair, bringing our food/drinks, etc.) We’d waited an hour for our food to arrive. When our food finally arrived most of it was cold. Some of which was over cooked, others under cooked, and all of it under seasoned. None of which met our expectations in the slightest. The bill is insanely high too. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

   We so appreciate you coming to join us on Easter. We strive for excellence we did not achieve that for you. We did have some technical problems with access to open table reservations on our side. I am happy to report they are now fixed. Thank you for your feedback. It helps us learn and get better. We have an excellent new team and we look forward to serving you again.

   The lady had no idea we were coming. Told us they did not do online bookings. She disappeared often. Added 18% gratuity and did not tell us beforehand. The food was fine. Typical diner food. Nothing that stood out and it’s unlikely we will do e here again

   A good all round American style restaurant located inside the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The food was good, not necessarily great but for the price was adequate and nourishing.

   The restaurant manager was rude, surly and not the kind of representative that I as a Priority Club member would expect Intercontinental that would want as a leader and “face” of the brand. The food was at best mediocre, at best.

   Everything would have been perfect if there were more than one server. We waited a very long time for even a glass of water. Had to keep reminding server for the one glass of wine I ordered. The food came out one by one. Some sat with no food while the other was half way thru their meal. Need some staff people. Otherwise.....would try again to give the benefit of the doubt, but if service that is that slow again....done.

   Decent restaurant in a hotel. Good bar for watching sports while dining alone.
