   The waiter was excellent but kitchen service was slow. The valet attendants were rude.

   Catherine - We strive to give our guests a valued and not rushed experience and apologize for the 'slow' service. The valet's are not employed by Juniper and Ivy, but we will reach out to the service and let them know your comments. Have a great weekend and we hope to host you again.

   Great food, however delay in seating, explained we had to be out by 9, promised that what we ordered would take far less and then ended up leaving at 9.10 because they took to long and had to take both the risotto’s and dessert with us. Wish they would have been more honest. Otherwise evryrhing was wonderful. Bar trying to get us to max pay etc

   An amazing dinner paired with exceptional staff to make the whole experience a 10/10. We started with the sourdough as well as the bone marrow, followed by the miso cod, lamb and rigatoni dishes. The lamb was the highlight, the seasoning on the meat itself was delicious. But you cannot go wrong with the cod or rigatoni, both were delicious as well. Their specialty cocktails are also delicious and very unique. The pastry chef is very talented, do not skip desert!

   Great drinks and outstanding food!! Service felt like we were being a bit rushed. When I’m paying this price for this experience I want to be able to relax for a couple hour dinner!! Would still go back!

   First time for a meal. Outstanding restaurant. Service was exceptional. No question, you need to try the lamb for your entree. Each aspect of the menu, (appetizer, salad entree…) brought to center of table for you to serve. What a wonderful experience. First class food and service.

   Well, I’m sorry to say that we will not be coming back. Zero service, incredibly over priced wines by the glass, the raw fish was returned and refunded, and no one ever had a clue. It was odd to sit at the kitchen and watch 20 people packed in the kitchen making amazing dishes and then turning around and seeing seriously zero people tending to the large dining room. Like a lopsided operation. Lots of cooks in the kitchen, no one watching out for the customers. We bought a bottle of wine and I poured it for my wife and I the whole night. No one stopped to pour it for us or refill our waters. Anyway, we will be moving on. Too bad, J&I used to be amazing.

    In today's world even finding fine dining is not what it used to be. We are 73 years old and have been "bucket listing" the highest rated restaurants we can find . . . . this was one of them. What makes this experience, at this restaurant worth the price? Even before mentioning the cuisine I must mention the world class service. Things are done to enhance the meal that are so good as to go almost unnoticed . . . . and the three or four or five people who helped were not only fantastic servers, but honestly friendly. The food (all five courses before dessert), as well as the Somaliers' choice of wine were simply nothing one can find anywhere else. To address my first thought though, I fully understand the need to have a setting conducive to more patrons and more noise than one is used to expect. This place should be around for quite some time. The atmosphere was well controlled and light. Thank you (by the way; we flew over 2000 miles to dine). J n D.
