June's All Day
Featuring a funky menu with odes to Spanish tapas bars, Parisian cafes, and hipster NYC wine bars. Rodil will use the spot as her playground for serving hard to find and delicious wines alongside a tight cocktail program & local and non-cool beers. We might show some sports or have a DJ.
Fried Chicken Sandwich
kohlrabi ranch slaw, hot sauce
Bone Marrow Bolognaise
handkerchief pasta, kale, parm
Salami & Idiazabal Cheese
texas olive oil, castelvetrano olives
Never disappoints. Consistently very good. Creative menu, excellent execution, and always very friendly service. Love sitting outside when weather cooperates, but during hot days of Summer the inside has an energetic buzz, and service is always good. You won't be disappointed with anything on the menu!
Delicious brunch items. Dog friendly outside patio. The servers were confused where our table was located. Our items were always initially served to the table to our right and then to our left but never to us directly. Otherwise, awesome brunch spot.
Always consistently good, June’s is a sure bet for breakfast or lunch, a bit pricey but worth it every time.
Food excellent ! 50% off bubbly on Mondays !! Relaxed service !
One of my favorite restaurants in Austin, it's an experience. Thoughtful, quiet, and creative dining with a warm, hospitable feel! Everything just seems so balanced. I would recommend trying what appeals to you and then what might seem more adventurous... Sure, you can find steak frites, burgers, and even a hot chicken sandwich here, but have you tried the "baked escargot?" That small salad dish that you typically would glance over? "Bird food" charcuterie boards? Challenge your predilections. Don't knock any of it - it's all a hidden, surprising treat. These people know what they're doing.
Always amazing food! Outdoors could have some type of fan for the extreme Austin heat.
June's has great energy, great service, and great french food!
June's never disappoints! Food, service, and atmosphere is amazing. Dinning inside tends to be a little loud , but the side patio on a nice evening always works if you need a little less noise for conversation!
Great food, fun and romantic ambiance. Love it!
Exceptional diner food
Amazing food and great service
This was our first time visiting June's. It will not be our last. The services was top notch.
The quality and presentation of the dishes were tasty. This restaurants is on the more expensive side but well worth it.
The food was great. However, the drinks are too pricey to have so much ice. I ordered 3 drinks and they tasted like juice and got very watery after a few sips. I would say go during happy hour! Overall great food, just be mindful of your drink choices.
The ONLY time I recommend going here if you absolutely want to go here is with a reservation between the hours of 4pm and 6pm for their daily half off sparkling wines.
The young staff don’t acknowledge you and you simply don’t exist for the first 15 minutes at your table and then if you are lucky eventually one of these self-entitled brats will appear.
The chilled artichoke was salty and just not good. The broiled brie was very good. The snapper carpaccio was fresh and spicy but simply too small even as a LITTLE Plate as they put it. We shared the spicy fried chicken sandwich and it was definitely too salty but otherwise ok but probably not even as good as a spicy Chick-fil-A sandwich. Tumbler 22 makes a much better hot chicken sandwich which I recommend in hot or Mo’ hot for $9.50.
We left this restaurant hungry and ended up walking to Home Slice for pizza and then gelato at Dolce Neve Gelato.
We will not be returning to this place because the environment is just simply superficial and fake. It was NOT relaxing and there are just too many great restaurants in Austin such as Red Ash, Uchiko, Moonshine for downtown brunch, Home Slice, Odd Duck, Salty Sow, Fonda San Miguel, Roaring Fork, North and Perla’s to name a few.
Hi Ralph, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am sorry that you had a rough time with us on your visit. While I never want to excuse poor service I do feel the need to reach out. As you may know, the restaurant industry has been hit hard with a hiring crisis. I know that my staff is young and feeling overwhelmed during this time. We are working with them every day to help them grow as restaurant professionals. I do hope you give us another chance sometime. Thanks again!
We had a late dinner and though we were the last folx to finish up you wouldn’t know it by how thoughtful and attentive the staff was. It was a lovely evening and I’m so glad to have such a charming place to connect with people.
Always a wonderful time at June’s!
Renee and Sarah always go above and beyond to make sure myself and whomever I am dining with have a wonderful time… Such great Austin five! My favorite go to date night spot, great drinks, food, and service!
It was so uncomfortably hot inside. Everyone was fanning themselves. Can they turn on an AC? I enjoyed it, but will not be going back during the summer if I'm going to be sweating the entire time.
Service was incredible as always! Our food was delicious! We will be talking about it for weeks for sure. Thank you for an excellent dining experience.
I love June's All Day
the Snapper carpaccio is so incredible, that sauce! Get an order of their yummy bread with it to sop up!
The artichoke is so unusual, however I would still prefer the heart dipped in melted butter. Maybe next time I'll ask. The salmon app so good. love that cheese with tobiko? whatever that is it makes it so luscious. Half price bubbles! I had champagne! Their wine list is worthy of calling them a wine bar! altho I do love their craft cocktails. And what a aesthetically pleasing environment with those unique gold bistro tables. And don't leave without having the frites!
The food was delicious and the service was attentive without being intrusive
Very authentic Parisienne both in
Ambience and price (lol)
Our server/sommelier was very informative and helpful in selecting wines. We enjoyed appetizers of boston salad, wagyu tartare, roasted artichoke, and salami/cheese/olive plate. Our mains were matzo soup, chicken paillard and a vegetarian roasted vegetable plate plus deserts. The appetizers exceeded the mains so when we go again I'll stick to small plates and wines (and deserts).
Good place for snacks and a drink during the middle of the day
Music on the patio was extremely loud.
We've heard such great things about June's and wanted to experience it during our first trip to Austin. This place has so much character! We could sat and talked at our little booth table all day. The food and service was great and we would definitely dine here again.
Always one of my favorite places to visit in Austin! We went twice while we were there!
Request Jeff! His wine knowledge is fantastic!
We had a nice experience at June's All Day, which was our first visit to the restaurant. The food was good, although the menu was somewhat limited and a little overpriced. Good wine selection, both bottles and by the glass.
Can’t wait to go back!! So good!!
Our favorite happy hour in town for food & wine both—fried chicken sandwich is the best—and we love the sweet staff.
Good food, fun environment but way too loud!!
Lovely just Lovely...great foo Excellent service, excellent specials HH. Excellent Patio set up very socially conscious
We had a great time!
The food was amazing and so were the drinks!
MMH knows how to do it right👍
It was okay, wine list is pretty weak considering june was your sommelier. Food is just okay, happy to pay any amount for good food, but it’s just meh... vibe is none, empty restaurant even though it was full, bad quiet music. Don’t ever write a review, but the reason I like to come is it’s convenient. Thanks
Great food, fun place. Great service. I had the Matzo Ball clad and was blown away.
If you make a reservation and ask to sit outside and see that there are two tables available but there is a wait for outside and you can't make a reservation for outside, know that you won't be able to sit outside. Didn't really make sense to me. The music is super loud, like you are in a club - hard to talk to your person one foot away. Food is great, expensive for what you get. Our server was fine, not super friendly but did a pretty good job.
We love June's but sadly they won't accept bookings for outside and inside is a freezer and so very unpleasant. The restaurant is warm in winter but the minute Austin starts heating up they turn the thermostat down to icy cold. This is standard there, so sadly now that summer is coming it is time to avoid Junes until next season. The wait staff are dressed for winter it is so cold inside, so forget a fabulous evening out in your little dress - you won't tolerate it. NOW if you can get a table outside, a wonderful evening awaits, but who wants to wait around for an hour at 8pm!??! Take booking for outside PLEASE!!!!!
