June's All Day
Partners Larry McGuire & Tom Moorman have joined forces with Master Sommelier June Rodil to bring a laid back but sophisticated neighborhood cafe and wine bar to South Congress.
Featuring a funky menu with odes to Spanish tapas bars, Parisian cafes, and hipster NYC wine bars. Rodil will use the spot as her playground for serving hard to find and delicious wines alongside a tight cocktail program & local and non-cool beers. We might show some sports or have a DJ.
Enjoyed the food and the overall vibe of south congress
Unusual menu with interesting options. We had the Chicken Paillard and Bone Marrow Bolognaise. Both were outstanding. Couple that with 2 excellent "snacks", the Salami and Idiazabal Cheese and Salt Cod Croquettes and followed by a Ginger Molasses Cookie and an amazing Lemon Cake plus a couple of cocktails and it was the perfect evening.
We love everything about June’s!
Our waiter was great, the food and wine were DELICIOUS as usual!
Excellent food, served hot and appealingly delicious.
We had the best brunch here! I love the ambiance of this spot and the food is incredible. Our waitress was so sweet, I cannot wait for an excuse to come back here.
Such great service. Fun wines. Amazing food. Knowledgeable staff.
We loved the lamb mergers with couscous as well as the pastrami salmon platter.
Great food, good service, very cute interior! Only complaint is how close you’re forced to sit next to people with the seating along the wall. Definitely wish there was a bit more space but overall we loved it and would totally come back.
Brilliant menu, great ambiance, and sweet attentive staff.
It was our first time coming and we loved everything from start to finish. Thank you for the great experience.
Took my mother to June’s for her birthday. I’m a regular there, and she and I both love the matzoh ball/caldo soup. I think I it’s the best soup in Austin and my mother agrees. Great evening, excellent service as well always
Another lovely restaurant by the McGuire Moorman Hospitality. The drinks and food are yummy. My favorite is the bone marrow bolognese.
Restaurant was very cold, it felt like a/c was on even though it was 48 F outside.
Wonderful bistro--food, service, top notch. Charming sidewalk seating. Even has parking in the back!
Everything was great. We got an outside table and it was a beautiful day. Our waitress came immediately and took our drink order. The food was amazing and drinks were good plus the service was good. The only drawback was how much street noise and traffic there was. Huge construction trucks were whizzing by the whole time.
One of the best anywhere- we never miss a chance to stop at June’s where the people are welcoming and the food makes you want to stay forever. Makes us want to move to Austin!
Food was tasty. Service was fun. Patio is the place to sit here—great people watching. Good place for lunch/wine while shopping in SOCO.
Pleasant, relaxed and comfortable ambiance. Tables are a little close to each other.
Tables are small for tall people, 6’7”, so we ate at the bar. Lovely staff!!
The food was very good, service was excellent. For the first 15 minutes or so the sun coming in the window was blinding!
Just fantastic in every way . Very nice servers, great food ,and a total Austin- vibe worth going back to . Love that they take reservations !! Parking is tricky ,so might take an Uber next time ....love the diverse menu and breakfast till #pm .
Menu was a little different. Food a little pricey but it was pretty good. Waitress was nice but rarely checked on us.
My favorite restaurant in Austin! The food was perfect & the wine list is always fun. I will come back every time I’m in town!
All staff members were very sweet and attentive. The food was delicious as always. Give Yera a raise. They are the best.
Amazing food and service! Always a pleasure dining here!
First time here with our lifelong friend from Australia...the food , drinks and service we couldn’t fault !! This restaurant came highly recommended as we are new to Austin and the US , and it didn’t disappoint! Will be back :))!
We always have a good time at June’s and make it a pint to go at least once on every trip to Austin.
All around excellent for brunch. Will go for dinner to try entrees. Reasonably priced. Excellent service. GO!
Such a cute place!
The menu is lovely, knowledgeable waitstaff, excellent wine. 6pm on a Friday. It was busy and noisy. Loved the parking lot behind the restaurant
June's is always wonderful. My fiancée and I always have a great time there, and their takeout is delicious, too. The service is also excellent.
Great food! Too loud for conversation, though.
Our server, Andy, was cool. Great knowledge of wine and very engaging.
Get a reservation!
We enjoyed 2 Indian dishes, pita, Chicken Piccata, chicken sandwich and a 1/2 price bottle of wine!delish
Very cute and quaint, food was delicious! The patio is small but it offers a nice view of SoCo. Not an abundance of seating so would definitely recommend making reservations during peak times! Will definitely be bacj
The foie gras is incredible! I never had such a perfect steak tartare with French fries.
We have been to June’s twice now. Service is impeccable. Waitstaff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Food is excellent, especially their bone marrow bolognese and foie gras. Specials are a hit, too.
June's food is delicious and fresh. It's a bit pricey, but understandable because of its location and quality of food. The waitstaff are willing to go above and beyond by answering questions and helping out customers. I love the extensive wine list as well. We will be back!
